First of all the item is great. Best Buy is the king of Customer No Service!
This was part of a large appliance order that delayed originally and then was set up for delivery and installation the next day, upon arrival the installation guys informed me that one of the appliances had not arrived even though I confirmed delivery the day before. And then another one was damaged.
The original order was delayed several weeks now no one knows where the missing item is, I have probably talked with Best Buy 10-15 times and different people each time that claim they will get back with me and never do. Ultimately none of them know what’s going on and I am just waiting but they have my money. Money that they got based on delivery date.

DO NOT ORDER THIS. This is the 2nd time I have bought a refrigerator from Best buy, this week alone. And the delivery date is a complete scam. They get you to buy the product, with a pick up date, or delivery date on their website shows a couple weeks, no worries. But then a day later, you get a text that says its not going to be ready, and now " EXPECTED delivery date is 2 months out. Ohh it gets better.. So I go on BB website to just order a different one, and the same fridge I just ordered? You guessed it, its showing you can buy it and pick it up ON THE ORIGINAL DATE that was expected. Wanna call the store to find out whats up? YOU CANT. You can no longer call Best Buy stores direct. Attention LG. get me this fridge. I'll buy it direct from you. Best buy is screwing your customers around. Unless you want me to buy Samsung
