Owning a Steamer v. Damage to your Home

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Item was delivered with large scratches on the side, and the delivery team damaged the drywall in multiple places. Unfortunately the claims process is impossible to navigate and ultimately you’ll hit a dead end when trying to submit a claim. I’m not using Best Buy in the future for appliance deliveries - i had good experiences until now, but as soon as there is an issue to resolve their customer service totally disappears. Accidents happen but you need to resolve them, not pass the buck to third parties of third parties who ultimately will ignore you.

Only came with 3 hangers (but there are space for 5). Cycle takes longer than advertised. Recommended utilizing it the night before. Really removes difficult wrinkles, but ironing is still necessary

I tried multiple linen shirts, light weight pants, sheets, etc. and unfortunately did not help with wrinkles. I wasn't expecting perfection. But should be able help something…I think that it still needs a iron.

The scent feature is fantastic and lasts 3-4 cycles. The unit is built well and I believe will last for years to come.

Came with 5 hangers plus a hanger for the pants crease. I’ve been using it regularly and as for somebody that dry cleans his work clothes, the savings will surely add up for an ROI!
