I flipped back and forth between buying this a few times. I'm glad I did though. It definitely helps out when a shirt is too wrinkled but you're busy and dont have time to iron. It was also great throwing some of the kids' things in there after they had gotten sick. Normally once one person gets sick it seems to just make its way around, but I tossed there things in and used the sanitize feature and that seemed to help a lot. Its also pretty user friendly, comes with a manual to help decide what settings to use for different items!

I purchased this steamer for my wife. Apron receiving it, she had zero interest in it but a couple of videos and actual use... she loves it! Great product overall and I purchased it online at 50% Off brand new. The steamer makes our clothes smell better, crisper, and overall much better. One problem I have is with the vibration. It moves a lot but maybe I need to secure the feet better? not sure. I would recommend it to all. keep in mind that this is a heavy item and moving is not easy.

The product is exceptional and significantly saves time by effectively removing wrinkles, particularly in pants and when using the creases mode. However, we have encountered an issue: it trips the power outlet when connected in GFI mode.

This is a great addition to most any home. Its tall but not wide so it easily fits in small spaces. I have mine sitting right next to my bed. What I really enjoy is that it has several uses. It has a gentle dry cycle so you can dry delicate items. You can sanitize, remove wrinkles. You can even crease your pants. It has a touchscreen interface on the front. You just touch the settings you want and press start. Its WIFi capable. The only downfall to this unit is its heavy so you will not be able to easily move it around.

Absolutely love love the LG Styler! I had my doubts about if we would ACTUALLY use it, and it this would be a waste of space. NOT AT ALL! We use it almost daily to refresh our outfits or dry raincoats. Being in Florida line drying delicate items can sometimes be difficult because of the humidity. Being able “line dry” in the Styler insures that the item is dry and doesn’t smell musty either. Since we have allergies being able to sanitize things like pillows and stuffed animals has been life changing. My husband and sons all wear suits several times per week, and being able to refresh their suits is saving us a ton on dry cleaning also.

size and height of the cabinet was much bigger and heavier than I thought. It was difficult for my husband and I to move into the house as with Corona, it was front door delivery. If I had known , I might have waited until all this was over. I had two wool swathers cleaned and smelled fresh so I guess I'm saving money on dry cleaning. But for the pants, it needed additional ironing as pressure was not hard enought to straiten fabric or make leg crease. Had to iron again..not good for the pants. I also cleaned heavy winter Canada Goose coats, and that was good.

This is the best thing I've ever purchased. There was one in my hotel room in Seoul, South Korea. I was so excited to find one at Best Buy when I returned to the States. It's keeping all my dry cleanables looking sharp, there's even a disinfecting feature. This has cut my dry cleaning bill to a fraction of what it previously was. I highly recommend it!

High quality and proffessional drywash for suits. My husband is a manager, he wears suits all the time. He loves this machine a lot, he used it every day, refresh 20 mins and drywash suit 35 mins.

-No, this will not replace your washer and dryer. -No, it will not remove all wrinkles. Rather, it will loosen up some of the deep wrinkles and creases. What it WILL do however, is refresh clothes in between washes, sanitize plushies, and decorative pillows, refresh some clothes that would usually require a dry cleaner, such as (faux) fur, cashmere, etc. It is good for drying coats and jackets after being in the rain or snow. It also helps get excessive lint and loose pet furs off of clothes. It does not flatten, tangle, ball up, or frizz faux fur. My fur coat comes out just as fluffy and soft and when I first bought it. It is easy to use, as you can fill the tanks up with tap water, and empty the dirty drain tank after each use. No waterline install necessary. Just clean the lint trap, and wipe down the inside every few uses. This unit is exceptionally quiet. It will not disturb anyone. It does sing the LG song after the cycle is done, but I think there may be a way to mute it. I just haven't checked because I like the song. :)

We bought this about 1yr ago. Since then we had 3 techinician visits bc it doesn’t remove or even reduce wrinkles! One of Tech told me it doesn’t sell bc it doesn’t work but they cannot do anything for us. He said LG tried to get rid of this to their own employees at $700 but no one bought it. LG doesn’t do anything about this non working product. Supervisor couldn’t careless when we finally reached him. LG doesn’t stand by their product. zero customer service. We spend $2000 for this garbage.

Works as promised. Clothes come out great. Very stylish design. Great convenience and alternative to dry cleaning. Can sanitize my bedding and pillows while I do weekly laundry. Love it!

Beautiful and different but not a necessity but a want. A stand out item in a laundry room.

I love the look but they could do better on removing wrinkles, it do make your clothes feel new, but this is way over priced even on sale. I'm glad it was a gift, but I do like it

This steam clothing care system works great to remove odor from any clothes, making them so fresh! The only issue is that it is a bit wobbling during the operation.

This was our first run in with a steamer designed a bit like a refridgerator. That said, it works exactly as expected and we use it almost everyday. A 20 minute cycle can completely remove light wrinkles out of a button down shirt. Works reasonable for removing light smells that can accumulate over a season of wearing a jacket.

I love this LG Styler. It is perfect for items like comforters and bed linens, stuffed animals and other items that are difficult to clean. And I save on my dry cleaning bill.

Love this device when it does not trip my GFCI outlet. I have read a lot of reviews for LG appliances stating this happens. I am going to have to end up removing the GFCI outlet and exchanging for a normal outlet which is not ideal for the setup of my garage.

The product works ok. Great for suits and coats. It does not work as well for shirts. I like the water container at bottom for loading and emptying. Saves money on extra plumbing in your house

It works really well but you'll still need an iron for dress pants

Yes I spoiled myself with this item, but why not, i am worth it, i dont like ironing clothes, if dont like stale smellingness of your clothes just pop it in! A luxury i cant do without!
