Keep shutting down every 20 minutes

It takes you 1 hour 7 minutes to only make 3 shirts un-wrinkle. But machine itself keep shutting down every 20 minutes. Then you have to go to your electricity control panel to find and switch it back on coz it shuts of your outlet too.

I read all review about this, it said it doesn’t dry clean, so i didn’t buy for that, I just wanted it to refresh and iron slightly wrinkled clothes. Does do that either, complete waste of money, don’t buy!

Prime the water reservoir the first time

I was a little discouraged when, the first SEVERAL times I operated the Styler, the water indicators kept coming on and alternating between “Fill Water” and “Empty Water”, in 2 minute intervals, and no moisture whatsoever was inside the cabinet. The water seemed to go straight from the fill tank to the empty tank. After about 5 rounds of this, the Styler operated as expected. The trouble shooting manual really underplays this stating merely that extra water is necessary to fill the reservoir the first time.

I ordered this product in stock on January 20, 2024. The initial delivery was scheduled for March 4. However, I was notified in the app that I should reschedule the delivery without providing any reasons. The next earliest delivery date available was April 11, so I rescheduled accordingly. On the day of the delivery, I kept receiving text messages for a 3-7 pm delivery window. When I checked the app late at 6 pm, it indicated that I needed to reschedule the delivery again. I called customer service and was informed that the warehouse had discovered that the product was damaged, and they needed to obtain a new one, which would not be available until June 2. Unfortunately, I could not get a comparable model with any other form of assistance. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, the customer service representative could have been more helpful. It seemed that the supervisors were hiding behind this poor representative. Best Buy had the money for three months when the refund was issued. Two postponed deliveries took two of my half-days waiting for delivery plus three months having the money... I am having difficulty finding the proper email address to file the formal complaint at Best Buy. So, I must pursue other ways to let this malpractice and warn the public.
