Great battery life... Had no problem with it .. Pictures are great ...just an overall great phone especially for the price

Great camera, great size, the style pen is excellent. Its does everything I wanted it to do and then some. I'm happy I bought it. Worth every penny.

Bought for my mom who usually has trouble with keeping up with technology. She needed easy and simple to use. She loves this phone. Its now her 3rd. She can text very easily with these LG . Large screen very helpful.

I enjoy taking pictures and the cameras are working well! Pictures are sharp and colors are pronounced. I am enjoying the battery life! I am completely satisfied with this purchase. The price was right as well!

Really enjoying this phone. Larger then my last one but the bigger screen is great as are all the apps. Charges quickly and the charge lasts.

The phone has a very large screen which is good for someone with bad eyes. The processor seems pretty fast. One thing that I did not like was that the USB for this phone was not supported by my car's USB. The cable will not charge in a Lincoln MKZ. So that might be a problem, going forward. But the phone itself is wonderful. Because of the USB problem, I would not recommend it to someone without them checking out that problem.

My cu6LG Android phone was running down. I'm getting ready for a trip, and didn't want it to die while I was gone. I walked into Best Buy on a Sunday morning. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, with the greeting og" How can I help you, this morning?" Jessica helped me find the phone I wanted. No up sale, no extras. Just transferred my information from my old phone and explained all the new features. It took an hour, but she wanted to insure I understood everything before I left. She even made sure I had Geek Squad, if anything went wrong. Best customer service.

I liked the easy to use function of the phone. I was not a fan of the stylus on the bottom of the phone as that was inconvenient. The camera took decent pictures. It has only 32 gigs and when you load your sim card it takes 16 of it right off the bat. I liked the easy to find apps and storage. It's great for blue tooth usuage and it charges quickly. The battery has better life then the Stylo 3. For me there was not enough space for me due to the apps I use for work. If you don't need many apps and you are looking for a basic phone then this one is great. If you need more than 16 gigs then it's not.

Love the big screen, easy to use and ok camera. Like the stylus it makes it more easy to use.

I'm still getting used to this upgrade from my old LG. So far it seems wonderful I'm still getting used to the maneuvering and setting up everything as I lost all my previouis nformation when my other phone broke. very tedious work. But the price was good the phone is good couldn't do better

Grandson loved his new phone. The ease of use is great and fits conveniently in his hand. He also loves the attached stylus.

As a mom my opinion of this phone is 5 stars plus. It has a good camera so i can flood my timelines with cute kid and pet pics and vids. It has plenty of memory. My kid tries to download every app that tickles his fancy and he hasn't even managed to overwelm my stylo 5. I did manage to break my stylus but it was 110% my fault. I love my new phone. I've struggled for years with a slow minimal storage cracked screen small cheap(free) phone I'm overjoyed with my decision to buy this phone.

This is my third LG phone. I previously had the “Phoenix Two” and more recently the “Phoenix Plus”. I only replaced the latter phone because I ran out of storage for my 60 Apps. It only came with “16 GB” of internal storage. Upside: - Larger screen, Bigger Battery Capacity, More Internal Storage (32 GB), More RAM (3GB), Face Recognition, and Built in Stylus to name a few. Downside: -Phone is extremely slippery. I had to use it without a case for a week before it arrived. -Speaker is located on the bottom instead of the back as in the previous phones. The phone call quality is horrible, even after watching a YouTube on how to change the equalizer presets. The calls became louder, but still a little garbled. Just to let you know that the signal strength is excellent, so it’s not that. -I miss the “all in one fingerprint sensor” on the back of the phone. This phone has a separate “on/off” switch on the side. -I also miss the “Call/Message Voice Notifications”. This phone only offers the “Call Voice Notifications” and it is drowned out by the phone ringer. You can barely hear the “callers name” being announced. If I knew what I know now, I would have kept my Phoenix Plus and just deleted some of my Apps.

I purchased for my son and he loves it. I loved the size and the price. He loves it for its capabilities especially being able to use the stylus. No regrets!

this phone great it has a huge display screen and the camera is awesome. The battery life is also another great feature. It's lasted me all day

This phone is easy to use. The sound quality is excellent. It takes great pictures and the battery lasts a long time after it has been charged.

This is a great phone, does all that my Samsung did and better, Cost one tenth the price. Had the Stylo 4 for two years and just upgraded to this phone. Could not ask for a better phone for the price. Transferred all my information easily including pics and text messages. You have to crazy to pay big bucks for a mobile phone today.

Great phone and I love the camera! I would recommend this phone for beginners or anyone in general. Best Buy has the best prices for phones etc.

The phone is great and works well. Easy to use and nice screen and camera quality
