If I could give this phone a negative 30, I would. I had mine a few months before the entire thing went south. First thing that went was my text messages. I just didnt recieve them. Tried everything including a factory reset. No dice. They just randomly started coming in one day. Idk Second thing was my screen. I cant type anything without 10x the letter typing. I have to turn off the screen or turn off the phone to try to fix it. It presses buttons that Im not touching. I have to make calls watching my phone screen because it randomly pushes the hold button over and over and I have to be able to tap it so I can talk to whoever Im talking to. Next issue was incoming calls. I recieve maybe 1 out of every 20 calls. And I get no notifications that Ive missed calls either. When anyone calls it goes straight to voicemail. Its been looked at , no, theres no switched settings or anything. Next thing to go was my contacts. They dont work. At all. I cant save any contacts in my phone. And I cant view any Ive made. And now my screen randomly just turns off. So yay. I literally have never despised a cellphone in my life. I feel lm owed compensation for my pain and suffering dealing with this phone. I cannot believe I paid this much and Ive never had any kind of good time with it. I cannot tell you how long it took me to write this post with this paperweight of a phone. Spare yourself, do not buy this phone.

Store did not have any protective cases for this phone when purchased. Slippery back. Slipped out of my hand the first day I purchased it. That money was down the drain.
