Awesome phone for my grandson. Was very easy to use

It an ok phone. I only got about 2 year out of it.

I ended up returning this device to the store because after I went through the trouble of setting it all up twice, I somehow lost the ability to dial out. After my second factory reset, I said forget it.

The phone is over all ok laggs alittle and freezes onces in a while but it work

Just average it does have a good battery but features could be better

I had been wanting this phone for awhile, and when I first got it I was in love with it. It didn't take very long for the quality of the phone to go down. The screen would randomly go black or the keyboard would display letters I never pressed. It became a pretty common thing and really made using the phone a hassle.

Can't ever find a case or protective screen I can't ever find one at best buy it other pkaces

I couldn't wait to get this phone and I hate this phone. Every time I'm on a call the screen goes to the dial screen without me actually pressing it and than person on the other end can't hear me and there is nothing I can do to block it. I hate it

Save your money by a Samsung this phone was the most frustrating phone I've ever owned. As soon as I get a new phone I'm going to put on safety glasses and get a sledgehammer and destroy it.

Phone is the worse, and I can't return it to best buy. I am extremely upset, it was a gift for my daughter for Christmas, and she was devastated with how bad the product turned out to be truly.

I bought this phone unlocked yesterday. I'm not sure if it was unlocked, I took it to metro pcs, and they said the imei wasn't working on their system. So I wasn't able to connect the phone. I took it back to best buy and they still charge me 45 restocking fee. I got the same phone, at best buy went back to metro pcs and it worked. So I just got charged 45 dollars. And it wasn't my fault.

This is the worst phone I've ever owned. Only problems since the moment I turned it. On I need 12000 characters to explain all of the bugs and glitches. Im pretty sure these are refurbished and labelled as new.

Best Buy send a Stylo 5, store display, in a Stylo 6's box. Have to be a mistake or somebody open the box and take the original phone. I return the items but still I want a Stylo 6 new phone.

I upgraded from the Stylo 5 to the 6 when I changed carriers. This is a bit bigger, which unfortunately makes it huuuge but every phone available in this price range is huge, so I can't take a star off for that. It is pretty tiresome to hold for a long time because of the size, but the phone itself is great. The outside is so pretty with the iridescent shell, so I use clear cases to see it. It runs plenty fast. Occasionally there is a lag in switching apps, but nothing significant, and certainly not worth paying 5 times the price to avoid. The stylus on this model clicks in, which is sometimes a little more finicky, but does make it easier to remove. The screen is very nice, and it has a small teardrop that doesn't get in the way of notifications. Mine doesn't have all of the LG features, so themes I purchased from the LG store aren't usable on this phone, but that's a small issue. The markup tool for screenshots has been expanded with a lot more features, which is very nice. This is definitely a great phone, especially at this price point. If you're spoiled by $1200 phones you may not like it so much, but it does everything I need to and more. I've never had an LG phone that didn't hold up long term, and this one seems the same.

Good phone. Keep your expectation in check, and you will be good. I like the stylus and battery life. The phone's screen cracked when I dropped onto the asphalt by accident, but I mean, what phone would survive that? I am not sure haha. Make sure you get a case for it, so you won't make the same mistake. Little slow when it comes to performance but you could work around that
