    This drive works great. Problem that I have is the picture and the online support that I chatted with both indicated this is a Lightscribe drive. Not the case. Overall, drive works great, just without the feature I bought it for.

    Out of town and on site for a server reinstall. DVD drives on the servers all failed (dusty from not being maintained). I was on a really tight time line and needed something fast. Plugged it in and worked. Simple as that.

    I used this DVD recorder to burn DVD's containing video that I shot this past summer. 1 Hour of video created using Pinnacle 19 Ultimate software took about 1 hour to burn to a DVD using the burner.
