This is a great deal. Installation is easy, even with two left hands. Then the fun begins. It does anything you would want from a dvd and cd player, or recorder. Just put together a CD to send your vacation photos to all your relatives and it pays for itself!

Bought this almost 3 months ago. It's been working fine without issue. Installed into a home-built computer and have found it a useful add-on for install discs, movies, and CDs. Good for users who still run on physical discs.

The old hard drive died so the computer people replaced with this new hard drive when the computer was updated to Windows 10. Is working great.. Store employee had this one also with a good recommendation.

Was very disappointed in this as it didn't "fit" my PC. The tech guys weren't able to install it, 'cos it was too big to fit. :(

It works like a charm and nothing to complain about at all. It does make some sound when it opens and closes (obviously) but does not make excessive noises when reading a disc. Great value for the price I paid.

Not much to say other than - works exactly as advertised. Needed to replace my previous CD/DVD drive. The LG device installed easily and worked right of the box. Good value for the money.

This unit fit right into the slot in my desktop. The op sys immediately recognized it and I east able to use right away, I did not have to look in the internet for a driver, it started working right away.

I did not know this product was for installing inside the computer. I thought it was a satellite type device meaning that the device was connected with USB cable. Thus I have not installed or used to this product so I have no ability to rate this product. Thank you for your time i'll see you in the store Friday so I can exchange it for what I actually need.

It was replacing a drive that stopped working. Overall, it does fairly well but did have trouble reading one disc with a scratch and another drive was able to read the same disc. Good value

I installed the DVD Player and it ran very well from the beginning. I have burned a few CD's and 1 DVD so far, and it seems like it working well so far. Its quiet when burning the DVD's. It's worth the money that I paid for it.

The LG x24 internal drive is a great cost effectiive replacement drive for DVD playback with CD R/W capability. It is a plug-n-play unit with easy installation and auto driver install with Windiws 10 OPS.

This was a replacement recommended and installed by the Geek Squad who was fixing my hard drive and confirmed a problem that I had been having with my DVD drive. I haven't used it a lot since it was replaced, but it seems to work without any issues.

purchased this drive for a HTPC install and it's worked well, The drive is quiet and is reading discs and burning without any issues. I should have done a price match with other online resellers as I could have purchased this for $20 less.

Good drive for getting small things done. Installed Battlefield 3, Doom 3, and Left 4 Dead with no issues and was very quiet. Installing music or drivers would be a good purchase for this product.

Excellent price and performance. My friend's old DVR R/W unit took out his power supply. This unit was an easy replacement and better quality than his original. Very pleased that it was readily available at my local store and at a good price.

It connected to the computer and works great. It is as good as an internal drive.

I have several DVD program discs but with my newest laptop there was no way to install these program. The LG portable DVD player was the answer. Easy to install and easy to use.

Got this DVD writer/player as a second for copying some dvds. Works great. Easy installation, just about plug and play.. Recognized by computer immediately. Not a bluray but, I didn't need that. Can't go wrong for the price.
