Low Cost for High Priced Build

(Picked mine up for about 25 bucks on clearance) Installed several drivers and programs from installation DVD/CD's and I don't recall it making much noise at all, hence the 5 score across the board. It's been great to me so far, but too bad that it may not be available much longer at my local store. (Since I build and repair systems)
