Unhappy customer; expecting a response

Of course, I did not realize this until I opened the box at home. I couldn't imagine that any store would sell me a product without a necessary part. My wife and I were loyal customers at past homes, and when we moved into our current home about 20 months ago, we bought a washer, dryer, microwave, range and other items from BestBuy. Back to our current situation -- we had to go back to BestBuy, return the product and order a similar product from Amazon. It was the same price, came with an attached cable, and was shipped for free. The whole experience gave me something to think about -- it should also give BEST BUY SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT.
