However, I didn't need an internal cd burner but I was sold one. I had to waste time standing in line returning a device, recommended by one of your representatives, and I purchased what I needed online. In the process of one month, I had to return two of your products. One was defective and the other was a terrible recommendation.

Cords and cables not included

The casing is specifically designed for internal use only. Unless your are building your own pc it’s not worth it.

Best Buy Sucks

Obviously one cannot use an internal device with a laptop. Best Buy has refused to exchange this for an external device. In fact, they were downright gleeful in telling us this. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Guess what??? It was not a lightscribe drive. Disappointed that Best Buy would advertise and sell something (a product) that they could not fulfill and did not have. Guess they eventually go the way of "Circuit City"

She handed me an INTERNAL DVD player that you put into your desktop computer. Unfortunately, I have been working and did not pull it out for a couple of weeks. Now the return date is passed. TEACH your employees simple basics, Best Buy.

Crashed my computer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have windows 8.1 (mistake, I know) Custom built desktop This drive may initially work with a computer without the start up disk (I am not sure though), if it does work without the disk DO NOT install the disk that comes with it. After about a week I encounterd a driver failure and it crashed my system and now I have worse problems to deal with.. All In all worse purchase ever :/
