    Retuned in 2 days. after installing, put a DVD in ...the tray kept going in and out. Got one of these before from Amazon. That lasted 2 months and my DVD got stuck a couple of times. O Stars!

    My sole complaint thus far is I have not been able to use this product because it doesn’t come with any of the necessary cords for power or connecting to other devices. There are also no instructions included in the box. Very disappointing.

    If there was negative zero I would do it. Bought it installed, didn’t work. Contact LG.. no help at all. They give you the run around. Don’t buy it.

    On the first attempt to open it there was a grinding noise and it did not open. Surprised me since I have other LG products which have never had problems.

    I asked for an external dvd drive. They told me to buy this. This is an INTERNAL dvd drive, so I returned it. I got an external dvd drive. IT BROKE AFTER I USED IT TWICE. NO GOOD!

    This unit does NOT support lightscribe as shown in picture and in ad. It DOES support M disc. I would recommend this only if you wanted M disc
