The first ones lasted me 1 month and after a month I had to change them for warranty, the people I talked to on the phone complained that they didn't hear me well, they are well designed, and they are comfortable to use.

I have gotten many pairs of lg headphones over the years and some were better than others. I use these daily. There are pros and cons to these that I've found different from other models I've previously owned. Things I dislike are if I go too far from my phone they disconnect. The wires are very tiny to the ear buds. Sometimes I'm afraid I'm going to pull them out but no problems in last 6 months. Other than that these headphones are definitely worth a buy. If you can't afford. A cheaper lg pair will suffice. Battery lasts me all day at work and then some.

I'm so glad LG made an item like this I have recommended it to friends and even strangers. They're comfortable and convenient to wear. In the on mode, it vibrates if you inadvertently walked away from your cell phone that's a great feature! You can also download recording devices apps the Bluetooth LG Tone has an excellent microphone to record meetings and/or problematic personal and the battery life is very good. It's just a great buy, a little pricy but it's worth it. I work in a Plant Operations Department so I can have one earpiece listening to things, it also helps as earplugs when it gets noisy. I owned a similar device but decided to try a different brand. Very satisfied with the battery life and the clarity. Comfortable to wear and holds up well.

LG has the best bluetooth headphones for the office. The retractable earbuds are great so you don't have to have earbuds in all of the time. The heat fits comfortably under your collar & you don't even know they are there.

Great headsets! I’ve used many in the past. Great battery life, sounds don’t sound muffled or garbled. Customers can hear me clearly and they say I don’t sound like I’m in a tunnel.

This Bluetooth headset has great range and long battery life. I use it mostly for audiobooks, so I can't speak to the sound quality, but battery holds up to 8+ hours of listening. The design helps earbuds stay in place while exercising. I have tried several brands and design options and I keep coming back to LG Tones.

This is a great pair Platinum Bluetooth headsets,although a bit expensive with retractable ear pieces, sound is well worth extra expensive LG-tone PLATINUM,beats buying 3 pair of inexpensive headsets a year,you get what you pay for is a true saying especialally with this headset,note these have retractable ear pieces just ask for Brand LG-TONE PLATINUM +Bluetooth headset ,color black,but may come in other colors ask Best Buy Floor person. LG makes a nice Bluetooth headset, this will be my 3rd, and I'm a fan. I'm really liking the sound quality, and it lays well on my neck, very comfortable.

Amazing functionality. Also has really good sound for wireless earbuds. Has really good battery life and does a good job blocking out exterior noise. Biggest complaint is the price, granted I’m a cheapskate.

Very lightweight and has perfect conditions battery

I got this because I wanted a Bluetooth headset that had good battery life and this does. To be honest, I also wanted something else others could see so it didn’t look like I was talking to myself and this succeeds in that as well. I had some issues early on, but I think I have it figured out now.

Im a mail carrier and Bluetooths are important on the job. Was recently mauled by a pit bull and I tell ya one thing these head sets stayed on and intact through it all. I pressed the call back button and notified people with one button

Still warming up to new headset. Has google assistant. I have more research to do with them. But they are comfortable when I use them.

Really enjoy using these headsets. Great call quality with cell phone calls, TEAMs meetings and Skype meetings. Last for most of the day with constant use and charges quickly.

I absolutely love these earbuds, they stay where I leave them around my neck and I can easily put a bud in my ear or both ears, they hold a charge and sound great

Great sound. Great for the type of work that I do. Constantly working with my hands and need them free. My previous set had a button you pushed and it automatically reeled the wire in. This one you have to tug on the wire to get it to reel in. That’s really the only major difference.

I can hear my text messages with this! Love that! I can hear music and of course phone calls. I just hate it cost so much! But was worth getting!
