I bought this for my son because he kept getting the wire from his ear buds tangled...he absolutely loves this head set....it has a great quality sound at a much better price then comparable products...would absolutely purchase this product again...thanks Best buy for a great product

I bought this to replace a broken headphone for my husband. He uses this new one daily at work & is very happy with it. The Bluetooth works great so he can listen to his music from his phone. He also uses it to answer the phone at work. This is a great headphone & the price was right.

Overall good product but whenever someone calls, rhw volume is very low even when the volume on both phone & headset is at the highest point.

I bought this because when I’m driving & talking on the phone through my Bluetooth, my Dad especially (who is hard of hearing) complains he can’t hear me. When I use this headset NO ONE has a problem understanding me. Crystal clear on both my end and whoever I’m speaking to!!

I had the previous version the Tone Infinum and was nervous about moving to these, but they rock - literally and figuratively. And, I actually like the speaker function - I use it more than I thought I would. Now, I hope the wiring holds up better than the previous model.

Its going on 2020 and mines still work. After sum serious wear only bad thing that happened was the parts that retract the actual ear buds gets a little loose but other than that i never caught a short and the quality is still top notch!

What sold me on this particular set of headphones was the earbuds were retractable. I did have ot worry about dealing with tangled wires.

Nice lightweight wireless headset. Great reception. Just wish the battery life was a little better. But overall great deal for the price.

The headphones need to have a better range connecting to the phone. The microphone is subpar and often sounds muffled to the people you are talking too!

These are a good Bluetooth headset but I would never go back to them after going to AirPods.

I have owned a pair for a while and picked some up for my girlfriend. I have had mine for over a year and they work great.

Not the greatest audio quality but I use them for audio books so it's ok, but they have awesome battery life, 8-12 hours easy

This pieces volume is not very high. The speaker works better than the ear pieces.

I bought these headphones to workout at the gym. It is Bluetooth and the reach the Bluetooth has is great. I can set my phone down in one place and move from machine to machine and complete my workout without losing the signal. The sound is very good too.

This is the third pair I've purchased; two for our household & one as a gift. Good sound quality for price & love that it just hangs around my neck until I want to use retractable ear buds. Also like not having to worry about tangled or catching cords.

Comfort: great, retractable buds: great, sound quality: very low, external speaker: decent. 2nd pair I've owned and they both were bad. People always saying I can't hear you and constantly random dialing or can't connect. Volume doesn't work half the time. Save yourself some $$

In comparison to the Tone Pro this unit beats that by far I love the options and its functionality it's very convenient and ease of use. Make sure you download the Tone Pro app to take advantage of all the features of this device. also durable .

This is my second set of these. The sound is very good. Noise cancelling appears to work well. Well satisfied.

I can stream my music from my phone pretty much for 8 to 9 hrs., though I wish the wires were a little thicker.

I think these earbuds are great except sometimes they don't like to stay connected. Very comfortable to wear.
