Ear buds retract great. Sound is loud enough. The speaker on the headset (not the earbuds) works good. Pretty satisfied.

Great option for my husband's new iPhone 7. He drives a truck and has to be hands free. A lot of blue tooth options are for calls only, so now he can use the same great device to watch movies or FaceTime with us while in the loud sleeper.

Love the design and simplicity of use. New features like the Loud speaker (so you don't have to ALWAYS use the ear buds ) is great. Of course they fact that it reads your messages too you is an amazing help, esp when driving.

Nice LG headset as usual with retractable earbuds. Wish the external JBL speaker was in stereo and a little louder.

I use these for driving, the hands-free makes it much easier. The sound quality is great, I'm hard of hearing and these headsets shut out most of the background noise so I can hear, also whoever I'm talking to can hear me fine.

I love my Bluetooth for this very reason, the cords stay inside the device & didn't get tangled in your hair or clothes! You can also drown out any noise & listen to your music & conversations privately!!

Got these for my wife she did not like them so I tried them for a while. They are great to listen to music with. I don’t like how they completely block outside noise. Almost feels like I am wearing earplugs

I miss these! I don't think they make them anymore but I love the quality and the fact that you could retract the head phones! I would buy in a heartbeat again if I could!

LG Tone is a great way to go hands free. Awesome sound for music coupled with a safe way to drive.

I bought this handfree devise due to the change in law in Texas against hand free driving. I like the way it a easy connecting device with great battery life. Only bad thing is you twist wrong you sometime hang up on people.

I am pretty happy with these Headphones so far. If I had to nitpick I would make them a little bit louder and my last pair had a button that retracted the earbuds which I liked a little better than the way these retract.

These are my second set of LG headphones. My first set held up great, and I hope these do too.

Fiancé uses them for work because it’s loud at his job site. This helps with background noise.

Have had several LG Tone headsets over the years and they all function well new but are not quite as durable as I'd like. This one has a unique quirk. When remaining power is less than high (medium or low) it's extremely slow powering up and connecting and the range decreases. As long as I use it within its limitations it's fine. Would not necessarily recommend but I would tell someone it was functional with limitations.

This product worked well for a while and then it went downhill. Tried to purchase warranty when I purchased but was told that they couldn't be warranted. I had previously had the same pair of headset, so I knew the call quality was good. I purchased anyway and lost out shortly after.

Had to get these to replace my tone platinum set that broke. They are ok to be a cheaper model.

This Bluetooth system is a wonderful clean crisp sounding system. You will will enjoy the exterior speakers as well if your working in the yard and don’t want the earpiece inside your ears. Really nice!

There's a little qvc bar code & model (etc) #s on 1 side with a thin layer of tape on it. Be sure to peel that off because it lays against the skin & mine became irritated. Sound quality is great but I notice that I have to turn the Bluetooth off & on to reconnect. Speaker feature is awesome to have but has an echo that the other person on the phone hears.

1st pair of wireless headphones for my husband he likes them, he wishes they where a little louder.
