A best out there

The only problem I've ever had is with the ear bud going out, they need to make the wire thicker & connection stronger. So getting the 2 yr replacement is a good idea...

2nd pair

BB covered the first pair but won’t extend the warran7on this pair. So far they work as expected. The retractable bud are the reason I purchased these.

Much better than last year's version

However after a mechanical failure to the left ear bud, I replaced them with these and are completely happy with the purchase. They are more sturdily built and actually have external speakers. Great product and I recommend purchasing the extended warranty to upgrade in case there is a problem with the retractable buds or the plugs themselves.
