Pro's. Syncs easy. Retractable buds to protect the wires. Long battery life. Sounds good for me since I mostly listen to talk radio. Con's. Heavy feel. Rear band sticks to my neck sometimes. Band is tight for my neck size, wish i could bend it out a bit. For my personal taste it takes a lot to get used to plugs in my ears so I normally only use one side at a time during work. At night its great for TV use in bed but not the best sound for music or movies with lots of bass.

I had purchased these as an upgrade to the Tones Ultra I have had for the last year and a half. I am so happy with the overall performance better bass better all around sound for both Music and Calls. There is still a bit of a distance issue but it's better than the Ultra. Charging about the same depending on usage I charge about every 2 days as long as I manage power and make sure to turn it off when not in use!

Good sound, great battery life, comfortable, and MUCH more durable than the previous model with the plastic neck band. I use these every day and have absolutely no complaints!

I have had them now for several months. Still get over a week on charge used constantly. Great sound and have not broken. Ear piece retracts everytime.

My LG bluetooth has been pretty good to me. They've been durable for me, from working at my desk, to lawn maintenance, gym workouts, and even wrestling with the kids. The sound quality is good. Just don't cover it up with a shirt collar or your neck. All in all a good product. I'm still rocking them.

I purchased these for wearing to work after my previous pair (different manufacturer) had become damaged. These are light enough that there is no weight on your neck. They can be a little uncomfortable when sweating. Sound & call quality is pretty good & definitely enjoying the external speaker when not using ear buds. I would recommend.

I've bought different versions of this headset over the past decade which have remained superior to all other headsets I've tried especially in terms of battery life. I wear it allay and the battery lasts all day. Is very handy when jogging or exercising. This model has the advantage of retractible ear plugs and the blue tooth works flawlessly. I had concerns whether the retractible mechanism would fail, but wearing it daily for a month I've had no problems (the instructions warn you not to retract too quickly).

I really dig the battery life and the sound quality. They fit well in my ears and I don't hear much of any background noise.

What i like the most is the people i bought this from. LG makes a decent bluetooth, but lately they get cheaper and cheaper made material and design wise. I like the upgraded Google assistant button and the call quality is good. Music sound is just ok if you compare to Bose or some of the more bulky bluetooth devices, but this is good enough for what it is. The seller really impressed me in their great communication and sensitivity to my concerns before i purchased the bluetooth and after. Buy from Deals on Electronics since they really care about what they do and providing excellent customer service. I will definitely buy from them again!

Easily connects to phone, can even connect to my computer at the same time. Sound is good, not great. Product is lightweight, I forget I'm wearing it sometimes. Occasionally, the earbuds will not retract all the way, reason for 4 stars.

I purchased these headphones over a year ago and they still work. The volume could go a little louder and the loose frequently. I have used them at least fifty hours a week every week for as long as I have had them.

My last LG Headphones stopped working while I was on vacation. I replaced it with the HBS-820S. The ear buds are comfortable. They are easy to pair with all my mobile devices and the sound is great. I'm happy with my purchase.
