It seemed to have had a loose wire or something. When it worked it worked perfectly, I will be replacing it with the same item to try to see if it was just a bad unit. I hope it works how it did when it worked great. I also want to thank not only the sales associate that initially helped me but when I had issues Robby helped me technically. It just worked for him. but he was very polite. Not sure if I would recommend this to a friend as of yet or not so I will be trying this further.

Just what I was looking for

I was looking for some way to be hands free while driving (not only because it is now the law, but to be able to drive safely and carry on a conversation). My business involves being able to take phone calls and continue pounding out the work and this headset fit my needs across the board.

LG is going downhill.

If you had a problem and purchased the extended plan no problem. This last time I go in they discontinued the better models which I had. So I had to down grade to these and now they don’t offer the extended plan. Pretty much sucks.
