Thought I'd get ones for car and home, Call dropping problems with the first, replaced, problems recurred, and also developed in the other. (ave a 3rd LG as well, same line: HBS, different model, also drops calls, not as frequently) Tried with different ipHones; same thing Do Not Buy! (save receipt if you do, it takes a couple months so you'll be dealing with their CS, who are very nice, I should know!

I have used many times and it has helped me very much on hearing what is on TV. Connects easily to Bluetooth. Only wish is that the cost be lower.

Does only the right side (where button is) external speaker work or are both the left and right side external speakers supposed to work?

Works good, only didn't give it 5 stars is because I wish the speaker volume on headset could be louder then it gets, but overall works great.

Bought these after my HBS 900 broke. These are a lot lower in volume, and lack sound quality.

My husband runs his own business and is very dependant on his headset working. This product works great for someone who is working with their hands and talking with tech support at the same time. This is our 3rd, we always buy the protection plan and it is worth it.

nice product, but two days later I saw the same item for 25 dollars less. I understand 2-5 dollars less but 25 is a bit to much.

I have gone through many pair of these headsets specially the Tones and I’ve always found multiple issues with them even after I will buy the same one twice or more this one here I can say I haven’t had any issues with it. one thing I don’t like about it is the poor sound quality music on this thing doesn’t sound very good I found that some of the older ones and all the units have a better sound quality than this one.

It's a great value and I love that it vibrates when my cell phone is not near me or out of range. It also notifies me when the bluetooth needs to be charged before just disconnecting. I also purchased one for my man for his birthday and he loves it!

I have to purchase a new pair every year almost to the day. One side always shorts out. I continue to purchase this particular product because they fit under my uniform collar and don't slip off while I'm working on the ambulance. And they don't have a warranty! For $200 I want a warranty. Won't purchase again.

This is my third headset from LG and they have work well. You must buy the protection plan because something may go wrong.

Alot of times in the office I cannot wear ear pieces and hearing equipment. With these, they have vibration which is awesome. they will vibrate to let me know a call is coming in and I just walk outside of the office. Works great.

Works great for a personal phone and they work phone you can switch back-and-forth with ease. Connection is sometimes tricky.

Love this device! I needed something that was going to allow me to link to my watch at the same time be able to use easily, answer calls, listen to music, be notified when calls come in, pause and play music as well as disconnect calls.

My old LG 800 series was able to connect multiple devices much much easier than this 820S. I do like the retractable ear buds.

This is a replacement for an older version I like the fact that they redesigned so the charging port is now on the outside .

Something about this model is the volume isn't as great as the earlier model.

This product is consistent with my previous headsets. Only downfall is no t have a retraction button but that’s minor!

Easy to connect to your Bluetooth The sound quality could be a little bit better

I like the retractable feature, although I have to be careful not to pull too hard. That would be bad, LOL.
