    I have found it a necessity to have the head sets with retractable earbuds. I wish they would have gone with a sleeker design instead of adding in an external speaker though, that I find pointless on a headset

    These headphones have a great behind the neck design and I love the retractable earbuds. The only problem is that they are extremely fragile and they have horrible call quality. People say I sound like I'm underwater when talking to them! Not cool! Took mines back!

    So I have upgraded for the original black pair. This company has jumped leaps and bounds. I like the retractable cord. It would be nice if it was a click button to retract but they are still nice.
