    I love this item at the beginning. Quality sound for music and great for talking on the phone but this item only have a one year shelf life! Every year I have to replace them until I finally bought another brand!

    My husband loves these he said the ear plugs are so comfy so we have a back up pair incase he loses his pair. The sound level is great.

    This makes my third pair of LG Tones. These are excellent. I like the external speaker. It doesn't look like much, but when it's right under your ear it's loud and clear.
