comfortable and easy to use. low profile and really unnoticeable hanging around your neck

These things sound good, they stay on your neck and are comfortable.

I had a different pair from some other brand that weren't nearly as comfortable and clear. Bluetooth connection can fade in and out occasionally but otherwise works really well. Retractable buds aregreat.

I tried another brand but it didn’t work as well as these. I can turn them on after I have answered a call, a feature the other brand didn’t have. I like the speaker option it has but I’ve had complaints about the other person hearing an echo when we were talking. When I used it to listen to music it was clear. The design is lightweight and didn’t make me hotter while working in my flowers.

These head phones have retractable ear buds and are light weight. Does great when listening to music, podcasts or books. Great transition to phone calls. I keep them on all day everyday while I work.

I have had LG headsets before. The form factor is good. This is a good unit if you talk on the phone frequently and if you need to be connected to two phones at the same time. The music sound quality is not the best for base but it has clear quality sound. This unit has a small speaker Under your right ear that you can use instead of the ear buds, switching between the speaker and earbuds is easy .

i was hesitant about spending the money on these, as i have destroyed 2 pairs of lower tier models issued by work. overall i am glad i did. and since i got the best buy geek squad coverage, i'm not worried about them breaking. the ear piece being retractable is fantastic, and works quite well. sound quality is good, though i haven't listened to much music with them. the other ones i've used, also manufactured by LG, were magnetic stay only and the wire going to the ear piece would pull out and break off. these are very well built, though the spring to the neck band feels a little tight and sometimes feels like its choking me. might just have to break them in a little.

I am impressed by the battery life of these headphones. I previouslhy had the Rose Gold LG HBS-910 until my dog sat on them and broke the neckband. I was looking to replace them but the Best Buy had these as an alternative. I feel the battery lasts longer but the sound seems slightly tinny compared to the 910s. Given the choice I'd go for the 910s but these aren't an awful alternative.

The Bluetooth headphones work fantastic with crisp calls made. Also, very comfortable to wear around my neck, sometimes I forget I even have it on. Highly recommend this for the price.

These headphones are good but as usual I feel the price is a little high for the headphones because they have a reputation of the ear buds going out. If you are purchasing these headphones please get a warranty because you will definitely use it. I had to use it after 6 months because one of the earbuds went out. The sales associate let me know that this was common.

I've had many other wireless headphones, but these are by far the best I've had. The sound quality is decent, not the best out there, but enough to listen to music and enjoy decent quality. The best part about them is the microphone. Now I can make calls and the people on the other side of the line can hear me clearly. I bought the protection plan because a friend told me the earpieces go out often, my prior headphones had the same issue, so the protection plan is simple and totally worth it in my opinion. They are worth every penny if you are always getting calls and are on constantly on the go.

This is my favorite bluetooth headset. I've had several, and this is the one that has lasted longest and sounded the best. Highly recommended.
