    I saw that they now have retractable earbuds and I was happy with the performance of my old set so bought the new one. It could not provide acceptable volume, had to be in a totally quiet space to hear anything. Went back to my original set.

    This is my 3rd version LG Bluetooth head set. This version has to many buttons for control and when the phone is use receiving party constantly complains of me sounding muffled. During use tugging between Bluetooth devices i.e. Car, phone, and headset not always successful, over last version was much better.

    These head phones pretty much just suck! The buttons stop working as soon as you get active and start to sweat. Then they like to hang up on the caller then immediately call them right back. They even put the caller on hold then re calls them on the other line. I thought I had a faulty pair so I returned them for a new pair. The same exact thing happened again. I’m so disappointed in them. I hope Best Buy will refund my money for them. Best Buy loves to give store credit and not give your money back. And to top it off they don’t offer extended warranty. I’m guessing due to the lack of quality

    Got these because I really thought the extra table earbuds was cool. In reality they don’t hold up too well and the neck size is pretty small and doesn’t work too well for a big guy (6’3”, 275 lbs).

    The model before this one is great! I scoured the internet to find one and took the newer model back. I had multiple clients tells me if I didn't get rid of it they would not talk to me!!

    Each model I upgrade and this model by far was the worse. I returned them. For some reason while at home they were connecting to something and i never could figure out what. I could hear my callers but they couldn't hear me at all.

    This unit's mics were to sensitive and far-reaching. It was like noise-cancelling in reverse. Had to stop using them. Went to a Plantronics Voyager Legend PLT over-the-ear. Wow! What a difference.

    If you plan to use the for phone calls look else where. If you turn your head to the left it somehow blocks the mic and others can't hear you. Also sometimes they just cut out in the middle of a call. I have to switch my phone from Bluetooth to handset then back and they work again all while missing important details of the call.

    Product did not work properly after a little over a month. Could not answer or drop calls, volume control bad. Just not a good product for the price I paid. Sent back to LG no results yet.

    The battery doesn't last very long and you can't do much with the headphones once the cord gets tangled. This brand is notorious for one side going out.

    I had a lg around the neck headset with Harmon kardon sound it stopped working properly after 2 years it is not available anymore from Best buy so I settled for a different one. When I am talking on the phone using this device I constantly get ask what did I say or you sound muffled or I can barely hear you. Will not purchase the model again looking for the one like I had at a different electronics store...
