Very disappointing volume

I owned a few LG behind-the-neck devices before and never had an issue until this one. Now, I understand why they do not offer a service plan for these. They seem to fail quickly. Even at the highest setting on your device AND on the headset, it's still very low. This is absolutely not worth the $119 retail price I paid. It's going back to the store.

They randomly hangs up on calls, the caller can never hear you, they randomly mutes. The external speaker was a great function of both sides actually worked. There are cheaper headsets for the price.
