I had an old version that conked out so I bought this newer version. Better sound and very long battery life. The battery lasts a full work day without recharging.

These headphones have a good sound and a great battery life

I work from home and use this everyday. It provides excellent sound quality and is very easy to use. The only reason I took away one star is because the mic does not have any noice cancellation. Since I work in my home office most of the time it is perfect but when I have to leave my house it picks up tons of background noise.

This is a great buy for your money sound is excellent, noise cancellation is good battery life is awesome. Would recommend to anyone that use a headset

Bought them for work and love them. Battery lasts enough for two eight hour shifts and they are comfortable; feels like they aren’t even there.

I really love this headphone coz the battery life is excellent that I can use it for whole 3 days and still have medium battery, nice sound.

I've owned several bluetooth headsets, all from the LG Tone line. Sound is great, the battery lasts an entire work day, and it charges quickly.

Great sound, I like the retractable earbuds vs. the ones that just attach via magnet. External speaker is a bonus. LG hasn’t disappointed

It is light on your neck, very easy to use, comfortable at your ears, no noise or static... people can leasing to you with no problem

This is a replacement for an older LG headset. I love the improved look and shape of this headset. I especially like the retractable ear buds. However, I am missing the magnet ends from my older version. The sound is terrific in the ear buds, but the external speaker is a waste. Overall, I'm happy with my headset.

I have really enjoyed my ear phones. They are everything I expected and more. Sound is very clear and they are comfortable to wear.

My husband is a food delivery truck driver. He is very hard on these things and this was the first blue tooth that lasted without anything happening to it. He had it well over a year and a half before the speaker quit working, courtesy of sweat and wear and tear.

I love that I can wear these headphones all day and they never get in the way. The retractable earbuds have solid sound quality.

Does what is said however the sound for music is good, but sometimes have to put both bugs in to have a conversation on a call, it could be the phone carrier I'm not. This strap that goes around the next is to big for me it moves around, however it you have a large neck it would work just fine.

Product served me well for a good period, good quality sound and light to carry.

The LG HBS-820(S) is a major upgrade from the LG HBS-810 model in providing much better comfort and stability with the provided ear-gels. The retractable cords for playback are more smooth and less of a *ratchet* sound unlike before. The new feature that includes a personal mono speaker on the right side is louder than you think ... even more so when you are on a HDAudio phone call, while music playback is ok. But again the comfort level is waayyyy above the 2015 previous moble of its class

i have been using this bluetooth for several weeks now. no issues, works great, only complaint is the high cost.

I have had them for about 3 weeks now and so far they work great. I got lucky with the price cause there was a price match offer that reduced the price by $40.00 which was awesome. The sound quality is pretty good and I haven't had any issues just yet speaking to the different customers I deal with everyday. I feels much more flexible then the other models when it's around my neck. So far I am pleased tmwoth this product nd would recommend then to someone else.
