The racks on this dishwasher were rusted within the first year of ownership, called the manufacturer, and they replaced them, but it would have been nice not to have the problem at all.

LG makes a quality product. Very quiet. Removable and collapsible racks makes a good fit for any item. I purchased the black stainless steel and love the look in my kitchen. Would recommend this product!

Dishwasher was installed today. Installer was in and out in no time and did an excellent job. We love the finish of the new dishwasher (black stainless steel) and like all of its features. We ran it immediately and were amazed at how quiet it is. We are very happy with the purchase and because we were having work done in our kitchen, we really appreciate Best Buy's willingness to reschedule the delivery date so as to not interfere with the work being done.

I did a lot of research and this dishwasher has certainly met all our needs. Love the 3rd shelf for flatware. No spots on glassware (definitely using the recommended Finish). So very quiet!!

Black Stainless Steel is the perfect appearance; stainless steel tub is the perfect interior for keeping product disinfected with minimal exertion. I tested the "TrueSteam" function with dried pasta flecks...perfect results. Love the quiet working; the *clean* dishes; and the "approaching zero" spots on fine crystal. (I'll get better over time.) Third (uppermost) rack gives a dedicated space for large serving utensils; however, I often need greater height for the second rack. The solution: remove one or both lift-out trays. Took me a minute...but...it *only* took me 'a minute' to figure that one out.

The dishwasher does a nice job but some of flimsy pastic trays and utensil holders fly all over the dishwasher. Not sure how long they will last. Also the dish washer takes over 2 hours for a normal wash. Our old dishwasher did that job in about an hour. I will have to check my electric bill. I will at least say the dishes do come out nice clean and it matches the rest of the kitchen.

Dishwasher works great. Dishes are clean and not spotty. There are three levels of racks. The bottom two racks are able to be adjusted in many ways.

But I recently moved and had to leave it at my other home I have GE profile yet, and I seem to like it even better.
