We have never had a dishwasher and after reading hundreds of reviews decided on this LG. It is very quiet and easy to use. Now even I can wash the dishes for my wife. Lol

It is super quiet. Rated at 42 decibels. It does a great job of cleaning the fishes. It even has a steam option for hard items, but I haven't used it yet or needed to for that matter

For the money this dishwasher does a great job. It washes best on the auto setting and I have not used the steam setting so I can't comment. I can say that it's extremely quiet. The only thing I hear is when it's draining and there is no helping that, it's the drain at the sink not the dishwasher. We have an open concept room with cathedral ceilings so it was a must that this thing be quiet and it is. It's also pretty quick for a dishwasher and we like that it has lights on the door so you don't open it when it's running. It's that quiet. Love the black stainless LG as well! We purchased an entire set.

Love the black stainless look. This is the quietest dishwasher I have ever had. You can't tell when it is running. Quite impressed with all of its features.

For being an LG and LG's top line this dishwasher should be bottom line. to start off: it has 3 racks, we ended up having to take the top rack out. with the top rack in we couldn't fit our cups in 2nd rack, if we adjusted the 2nd rack to fit the cups we couldn't fit our plates in the 3rd rack. We do not have abnormal cup or plate sizes. Second off. anything we put on the top rack Never cleaned. 3rd: We use Cascade pods and cascade jet dry stuff, however sometimes the door that holds the cleaner doesn't open. 4th: we also don't run the dishwasher fully loaded only half loaded or the dishes don't come clean. 5th: the bottom rack holders can all be folded down flat, but they are to loose and will fold in on their own, so the plates or bowls washing will fold in on themselves and not clean, they fold down if barely touched. We have had this new LG only one month. Our other dishwasher worked great we only got a new one because we gave our kitchen a face lift so its nothing to do with water supply or temp.

I love the fact that it has 3 trays. It's nice to be able to wash all of the flatware on the top rack without having to deal with an extra basket. They come out much cleaner too since they aren't all bunched together. My dishes come out clean every time. I don't even have to prewash them. I just scrape any extra food off and stick them in the dishwasher. This dishwasher also looks beautiful. I really like the dark stainless steel.

This dishwasher is amazing in how quiet it is. It does a wonderful job of washing and drying dishes.

This dishwasher is great it's very quiet and holds alot of dishes. My wife absolutely loves it.

I like the unit. It is quiet and cleans well. Don't like the steam feature.
