The first shook so hard on the pedestal it was severely shaking even the dryer and the floor. The screws holding the drum were apparently broken. The second washer did not light the wash selection knob (except for the one cycle the installers ran before they left). When I pushed the power button on and off again it stayed depressed and I couldn’t run it. The third washer is starting to shake again and makes a loud thunk when it stops to fill or drain. I would not have gotten a third one except it is the only front loader with the depth I need to fit in the space. I would go back to a Samsung if they still made the 30” deep machine.

We have had to use our extended warranty on our LG washer and dryer, so I cannot truly recommend.
