Takes forever to do a load of laundry. I am back to using my old ones that were luckily still in the garage. I will be taking this washer and dryer back because they suck. I wouldn't recommend to a friend. I wouldn't recommend it to an enemy.

I was assured that I “just got a lemon” the first time by the sales associate. Now the washer is leaking just like my other one. Worst purchase ever!

When buying I specifically asked if that machine did that because I had one that did. Sales person assured me that would not happen. I am very unhappy with this purchase.

We have a stackable unit in a very tight space. It's not just about the dimensions of the machine - you need to be aware of what access is needed to install, vent and allow access to it. The salesman didn't bring this up and the new units did not fit.
