This wash replaced an 11 yr LG front load washer that succumbed to the spider arm failure. This washer is bigger, quieter, and has a lot more features than the 11 yr old model it replaces. Definitely recommended.

Old washer was great! 8 years and no issues but then it died! Apprehension set in because I was very happy with the old one. The new model does not disappoint! Bigger capacity and quiet as well!

The washer has a much larger capacity then my old one. Washed my quilt and it came out beautiful. This machine does so much more. Clothes come out whiter and colors are brighter. Love Love it.

We've had the unit only one month. Works very well, no complaints. Quiet. Clothes clean. Pleasant-sounding alerts. No vibration issues. Will probably buy matching dryer soon.

First time I've had such a modern washer-dryer combo (steam!), the quality of the wash/dry results is amazing, but especially love the silence of this equipment compared to my old combo.

first we had a Maytag front loader we paid $900 for 5 years ago and this blows that away. after you level front to back ( very important) the machine has a way to know the load is off before you wake the neighbors and it stops turns backwards and the try's again. and I can tell you at full speed its about a 3 out of 10 for noise. now as far as the rest it is just super smart you can really wash the way you want not just waste money. watch the videos online and you will see its very option packed. its been a few weeks now and we love it.

No problems with this for the last 6 months. It washes great with simple to understand controls. I recommend it for larger families that need the larger capacity.

I've always been a fan of LG appliances but this washer dryer combo is by far my favorite. I shelled out the extra cash for the pedestal washer and am so glad I did. With a 6 person family it really does make a big difference. Very quiet, very fast and looks great.

I bought this because I was concerned about noise level of a traditional washer in my townhouse. Cycles are fairly quiet, although spin cycle is a bit aggressive. Be sure to level your washer, especially if you are stacking a dryer on top.

Easy to use. Looks nice. Good options for washing a variety of load types. Good size for big loads. Nice sensor system for wash time and smooth quiet operation.

My 8 year old Maytag dryer was not drying in one cycle, so I thought it was time to go shop for a new set. Before buying this washer I read all the reviews and researched the reliability. LG was at the top of the list. Compared to the Samsung, the profile of the washer was much more compact for a 4.5 cu ft capacity and the steam option did not require a separate connection. So now I've been using it for a week and love how clean my clothes are. I haven't noticed any smell that a lot of people have talked about, but I just leave the door ajar to make sure the washer was aired out after each cycle.

I used several times after I bought it. I am satisfied the quality and easy control. The price is little bit higher than other products however I am happy to buy it for several reasons such as quality of clean, noise and easy control.

Can't say enough about this washer. You will not be disappointed. Easy to use, great cleaning options, clothes get incredibly clean, beautiful design.

This has been a great washer so far! The washer is very quiet with very little vibration. Clothes come out very clean. Time will tell if it is reliable.

LG and the reviews I read did not let us down. Quiet when operating, easy to use, great appliance. Price was great, installers were great...all was great!

We mainly use the speed cycles or towels. Really easy to use and tons of options which is wonderful. However, If you use the settings for comforters, do a full towel only load or you put every setting on high it will walk all over the room due to the machine shaking and no it isn’t my floor which is level and brand new. The bottom seal will collect a puddle of water. I dry the door and seals off with a towel or t-shirt, before they go in the dryer, and leave the door open when not in use. Zero issue with off smells or mold in the seal so far.

This washer cleans clothes very well and very quietly. It gives many options for different types of clothes.

Big capacity, energy and water efficient machine. It is doing its job very well so far. Haven't use all the features yet. We are very pleased with the delivery and installation services/deals. Our previous Maytag died after 7 years of moderated use. We tried to fix it but the quotes add up to the cost of a new one. I also noticed that most of the machines start getting errors after 6 to 8 years of use, weird, right? For the new LG we bought the extended warranty and with plans to extended after the 5 years expiration.

The washer seems to do a great job cleaning. The unit is upstairs so being quiet was a big deal for us. When running towels we can hear it thumping downstairs, but it may be out of balance. Overall it is nice.

I am very happy with my new LG washer and dryer. They are so quiet when running and do a wonderful job on all of my laundry.
