BestBuy replaced new one, and the new one still has same problems. BestBuy has a horrible Geek service team, and won’t really try to fix the problem.

BB installed it & they've been back out twice to address installation issues but it has not improved. BB blames LG, says drum is not aligned and/or shocks are bad. LG came out and said it's an installation issue. BB came back out and said it's an LG issue. LG was scheduled to come out again last Friday but never showed up and never called to explain why. In addition to the loud/vibrating issue, it does not clean well and as others have said sometimes clothes come out smelling a bit sour. It's just a piece of junk, at least the one we got is.

Terrible Experience

After reading all the great reviews, I guess we just got a lemon. This washer has leaked since the day we bought it (12/2/18). Additionally, LG has terrible customer service and repairmen. It has been serviced numerous times and leaks the very next day. Their answer is to accuse you of using too much detergent or using pods, etc. None of this is true. Bottom line; I bought a large wash machine, but can do small loads only, or I have water all over the floor. Total waste of money.

Do not buy this machine

I Regret buying it everyday and should just return it . The sales people talked it up both washer and dryer take forever to figure out how to run . To do a simple small wash load of laundry takes almost an hour .. I have no idea why and you have no control over it . I never write reviews but this one I needed to vent . I would say anyone of these machines in this series are going to give you a headache just trying to figure it our .. I don't undewrstand how it can be energy efficient because to do three loads is like an entire day of waiting .. Don't buy it .

Stackable Washer and Dryer Height

The LG washer is model WM4370HWA and the gas dryer is: DGX4371. We replaced a stackable Whirlpool model which was 76 inches in height and our opening is 77.75 inches high. The combined height of the installed LG washer and dryer is 78 inches. The installers were not helpful and said there was nothing they could do. Based on our research, we were told the combined height of these two units should be 77.5 inches which would give us a small tolerance. Need help to determine how the LG washer and dryer will fit into the opening.

Posted .This might be the result of the shipping bolts not being removed from the back of the machine during installation, or because the washer is not properly leveled. .
