Our old Maytag finally died after 19 years of faithful service. We bought this LG with turbo wash because it had all the important premium features most folks would need without spending more for bells, whistles and window dressing. The speed cycle will do a small load in 15 minutes! Cleans better than our old frontload Maytag too. Happy customer.

I bought the matching dryer and looked at all the other washer/dryer combos at Best Buy and Lowes. Went with these because they fit my budget but were rated by Consumer Reports as being most reliable. I've never had any problems with LG products in the past and have been totally happy with these appliances. Only time will tell exactly how reliable/dependable they are, but no complaints/problems after a month. Love the different features and the speed wash/dry

We looked at lots of washers and decided on the LG set. The washer has lots of cycles and options for just about any kind of washing need. We are very pleased so far and have only used about a 1/4 of all the different cycles. Gets everthing clean and have also noticed a reduced water useage on our utility bill. The magnetic door latch keeps the door slightly open when not in use to help keep it dry. Not found on other brands we looked at. The only issue we've had so far was it seems to shake a little too much on the high speed spin cycle sometimes. We releveled and that helped. I would recommend this washer to anyone.

Washer is amazing! Doesn't snag clothes, quiet and quick. Steam function is very handy. Highly recommended!

I did a lot of research before purchasing this washer and dryer. At first I was going to get the Samsung, but consumer reports showed evidence that Samsung’s consistently break down more often then the average washer and dryer. I decided on this LG as a result of numerous positive reviews and the look of it. After using it for a few times now, it is easy to use and pleasant to look at. My laundry room looks complete with this washer and dryer set in it.

This is our second front loader. It is faster, quieter, and uses less power and water than the previous one .... and I liked the previous one. I like this one a lot.

I purchased this along with the matching dryer for our new home since in our last home we had a very similar set and liked them. Overall it works great and the clothes come out fresh. It isn't too noisy and has lots of settings to choose from. It is really heavy so kind of hard to move with just one person. Overall I'd recommend it so far. If something changes I'll update my review since I've only had it for a little while now.

After having our previous washer and dryer for 15 years it was hard to select from all the new ones that have so many new features. We did a fair amount of research before making the final choice. Ultimately, we went with the LG because the sales representative at Best Buy was so knowledgeable. We've had it a few weeks and so far, so good.

Units runs great, quite and very easy to use. Has so many features, well worth over Samsung.

So far it seems this working out well for me. This is pretty quiet, but when doing the turbo wash mode (speed mode), it does tend to get very loud at certain revolutions. But that's expected, so that's fine. Also, if you don't need all those preset options, then going for a less preset model will save you more money. People say LG appliances will last you the longest so that's what I'm hoping for. The chime is also a plus. It's nice to hear a peaceful song at the end notifying you when your clothes are done.

I love the capacity load and easy to use insructions

In July, we were in the market for a new washer. A few months later, our washer was recalled and we were back in the market. Accidentally, we stumbled on this machine, having never purchased an LG product in the past. I can tell you without hesitation that we do not regret our decision. This machine washes laundry much better than our previous model, at about 2/3 of the time, or even less using Turbowash. Clothes are clean and ready in no time, and there is a setting to keep laundry from getting wrinkled when one is unable to be there when it finishes. The washer will tumble with steam for up to 19 hours until it can be dryed. Kudos to this washer, and to LG for seemingly making a near perfect product that will hopefully last for years.
