This is easy to use, clothes are very clean & the turbo setting is great!

Purchase washer a week ago. Easy to use and clothes are very clean. Very happy!!

The product is fine but the installation was very difficult. Five actual service calls and three cancelled service calls were required over more than two weeks before the product was installed. The dimensions on the product are accurate but not reliable because the product takes more space with plugs, hoses, piping and venting. The gas line sold to me did not have one of the required attachment pieces. The first vent kit that was ordered from Sears specifically suggested by the salesman was the wrong kit. The first kit had to be returned, at my expense, and the second kit shipped, again at my expense. Best Buy needs to assist customers with any side venting kits. Its ridiculous to sell a product and not be able to provide the side vent kit needed. However, every delivery and installation person was very pleasant and sympathetic but could not do their jobs in a timely fashion.

Great washer with enough capacity for a family of 4 with children. Silent operation.

Bought this washer with pedestal washer below and absolutely love it. The Turbo Wash function is amazing and gets loads done in 30 min or less. It measures the load each time to determine time. Clothes come out just as clean but faster. I did 4 loads in two hours today (wash and dry) with 2 reg loads in main washer and two delicate loads in pedestal washer below. It’s like laundry aerobics keeping up with it all because it’s coming out so fast but it’s a life saver. It has changed my life no more all day laundry days. I also love the sanitary and allergiene cycles. They are not part of the turbo wash and can take nearly 2 hours, but they really do work great. The sanitary cycle cleans super dirty items that were previously thought unsaveable. And the allergience cycle is great for sheets for our kids with allergies. This really is a great washer.

I can't begin to say enough good about this washer-I absolutely ❤️The turbo wash-so nice to have a load done in 30 minutes. I also often set the delayed start to begin in the morning before rising & it's finished when I awaken & ready for the dryer-what a great feature! It's quiet, spins the clothes almost dry, holds a large load, what's not to ❤️

I'm a bit torn, after reading all of the rave reviews for this unit I guess I expected more. It vibrates and moves around a lot, and unfortunately gives me load unbalanced errors. Not very often, but when we wash a blanket or a pillow. Would I recommend to a friend? Probably if they don't mind the above mentioned issues, I think it cleans well and it is a lot quieter than my old one.

Had a little issue with the small washer to start, but was remedied immediately. Machine is very quiet and very efficient.

I love this washer. My old washer took forever to do a load of laundry. With the new washer and dryer, I am able to cut laundry time in almost half! I love that the washer is big and roomy for even a queen size quilt. I don't feel the need to do an extra rinse on the loads. I love that you can pause the wash cycle at anytime to add an overlooked item.

Saves water, electricity and detergent. Cleans well and is quiet.
