It's a little difficult to reach the bottom if you're short but the washer works SO much better than all my previous washers. I was skeptical about the lack of an agitator but our clothes have never been cleaner! I also love that it tells you exactly how much time is left on a load depending on what settings you choose.

Best washer I have every owned. It's amazing how much difference a new washer makes.

I love my new dryer! The cloths seem to dry faster then my previous dryer which is nice. I love the different options to tailor the process to what you are drying.

Cleans well and is easy to use. Lots if options for loads. Comes out almost dry

I thought I would try another brand (Samsung) and save a little $$.... Bad mistake. I did save $$ but gained headaches and frustration with the bedding setting. On the other hand, the LG turbo is everything the best reviews say. Including efficiency & conservation, the bedding setting works wonderfully!

This is the washer the Jetsons would have. I LIKE to do wash now just to hear the song it plays at start up.

The features on the LG washer are awesome and it was on sale.

The tub is large so big items can be washed with no problems.

I have loved this washer but I've been getting error codes often lately. Usually I can follow the troubleshooting steps to correct the issue but not this time. I'm getting an "OE" and nothing I've found online, in the manual, or heard from others has worked. A repair man even came to diagnose the issue but couldn't figure out what was wrong. The hose is perfectly fine, as is the drain pump. We also tried replacing the water level/pressure sensor. Now I'm stuck with a washer that won't drain and can't figure out what to do.

What can I say, but WOW. We watched the first load just to see it all work.We got this to replace a front loader. Glad we did

Really quiet. Washes large loads of laundry. If you're use to older models this one takes some getting use to. After a few owner manual browse overs. You'll be messing with the settings like any other new gadget.

Shopped around and was told by some retailers they could not service this brand but best buy assured me that geek squad could.

I have had an LG washer n dryer and love the quality and performance so that's why I purchased another LG product.
