Really does help productivity. I like having 2 full size documents next to each other. Windows 11 snap functions really open the doors to the possiblies with this. I didnt think I'd like it as much over 32" qhd i have but the difference is noticable.

Was Not Worth the Money for Me.

My movers touched it and it cracked. It is the only damage in a 3 bedroom home move. I was not able to use it for more than a month. Then because of the weight, since movers pay by the pound, it was just a loss because I was quoted (by the manufacturer, LG) $400 to fix it. I feel so violated. You definitely wouldn't have kids around it. I don't have kids but I could not protect it from damage. I don't think it is worth the money.

It was the most affordable 43" monitor that I could find at the time. I had to decide between buying two mid-size monitors or one big monitor for work.

Like having medium size TV 5 years ago. Don't use the sound since I have bookshelf speakers so can't comment there. TV sits on my narrow desk. I'm quite close to it. As I'm only 5'6" I have put a cushion on my chair to eliminate any craning of the head.

However be sure you are giving yourself enough space to work with. Even though its 4k and you can get pretty close your neck might not like the strain if you have to crane it too see all of it.
