The only downside I noticed is that for some reason when I connect my laptop via HDMI2 cable, the maximum refresh rate is only 144Hz while the product description says its 180Hz.

Picture quality is good but not great. Mostly disappointed in poor customer service from LG when trying to fix PS5 VRR compatibility issues. Chat service rep kept disconnecting from chat instead of attempting to help answer my questions.
