I tested out this monitor on multiple devices like my PS5 and my PC with an RTX 4060 and I was able to get up to 180 Hz connected via DPI on my PC and 120Hz on my PS5 but overall, an amazing gaming experience. Monitor does not work with PS5 VRR mode contrary to what the LG rep's on best buy.com state. Picture quality is good but not great. Mostly disappointed in poor customer service from LG when trying to fix PS5 VRR compatibility issues. Chat service rep kept disconnecting from chat instead of attempting to help answer my questions.

This is a good gaming monitor. I was using it as a second monitor for my gaming PC. Which rocks a 4080 super and ryzen 7 9800x3d.

Overall solid monitor. Good image quality, easy access menu system and easy access ports on the back. Good gaming/work monitor!

I’m a big lg fan everything I own is lg but this monitor had one joystick type of controll to make adjustments it’s a royal pain in the but can’t believe they didn’t use separate buttons

When I play at 180Ghz screen goes crazy I’ve been trying anything and nothing yet I think I’m returning. I get better results if I swap cables and turn down up to 120hz, otherwhise wont work be careful

The LG UltraGear 27GS75Q is made with quality durable plastics. It comes with a stable, sturdy adjustable stand that allows the usual tilt, height, and pivot adjustments. Overall impression is the monitor is well-constructed and will last. The monitor looks modern with an almost borderless display on the top and sides. Rather than the typical buttons on the bottom edge to set the monitor functions, which are often awkward to use, this monitor has a joystick in the center you use to move through menus that you push up on to select. The power is not a standard power cable but AC Adapter with the power conversion done in a box at the plug. The AC Adapter was wide enough to block the neighboring AC sockets on my power strip. I moved plugs around to put it at the end of the strip, so it overlapped just one socket. Depending on the spacing of your power strip, this may or may not be an issue for you. There are 4” extension cables that solve the issue if you run into this. The LG UltraGear 27GS75Q is built for gaming. With a refresh rate of 180Hz that can go up to 200Hz (overclocked), gameplay is ultra-smooth, even with fast-paced games. Screen tearing and stuttering are virtually eliminated. I noticed none using an Nvidia RTX 4090 video card. However, the two HDMI connectors are limited to 144mhz. You must connect using the one Display Port 1.4 connection to utilize the 180mhz 200Hz (overclocked) refresh rate. A Display Port 1.4 cable in included with the monitor. The 1ms (GtG) response time makes motion blur and ghosting nonexistent. Even during rapid movements, the image is crisp and clear. You can plug in a second PC or a streaming box for watching TV or movies into the HDMI ports. This monitor supports both NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync, which synchronizes the monitor’s refresh rate with the graphics card’s frame rate. This results in a smoother fluid gaming experience with even demanding games. The LG UltraGear 27GS75Q covers 99% of the sRGB color spectrum, ensuring accurate and vibrant colors. The HDR10 improves color and contrast, bright scenes are brighter and dark scenes darker. HDR10 adds depth and realism for more realistic and immersive visuals. These features also make the LG UltraGear 27GS75Q great for watching movies. Even fast changing scenes while watching a Fast and Furious movie displayed smoothly, without any noticeable blur or lag.
