Yes, I know that is a long time. I been eying certain models to purchase, which I had shortcut icons on desktop so I can see if items are on sale. When this monitor was on sale for $200 I bought two. Of course, I knew the improvement in clarity would be huge, but once I booted up a game my jaw dropped and how much better the game looked by switching to a 2k monitor.

Great for next gen consoles

Best Buy customer service was extremely accommodating and within 5 days I've received my replacement. Unfortunately, I noticed some serious backlight bleed on the replacement screen but it is only noticeable when the screen boots up. If you have one of the next gen consoles this one is for you. The monitor upscales the XSX and PS5 resolution to 4K with silky smooth response times and refresh rates. Refer to RTINGS calibration settings and adjust as needed.

If you like playing alot of first shooters I highly recommend this item
