This is an great monitor. Im coming from a 1440p 144hz TN panel so its quite the increase in quality. Ive had an LG OLED tv so it was an easu purchase. The 240hz refresh is incredible and the response time extremely noticeable. The colors are vibrants and blacks are very deep, even in SDR mode. If you looking for an OLED for gaming this is the one you want. It has hdmi 2.1 if you need that as well. The best buy warranty is a no brainer if you are worried about burn in. Cyberpunk and the Dead Space remake look amazing.

I was stuck deciding between the ASUS ROG Strix XG27AQDMG, the AOC Agon Pro AG276QZD2, and this LG UltraGear 27GS95QE-B. After a ton of research, I went with the LG — and I’m beyond glad I did.
I previously ran a Gigabyte M28U 4K 144Hz, which was a great monitor, but I wanted to experience OLED’s incredible contrast and response times at 1440p with higher frame rates. Paired with my RX 9070 XT, I’ve never seen a better picture or felt smoother gameplay in my life. Games like Party Animals are hitting 240fps on high/ultra with no screen tearing, ghosting, or stutter — it’s buttery smooth.
I ended up giving my kid my old 4K monitor and Xbox Series X since I won’t be touching them now. If you’re considering making the jump to OLED for PC gaming, this monitor is worth every penny. Fantastic HDR, instant response times, and jaw-dropping image quality. Highly recommended!

Really good monitor. I love the design. Picture quality is great and contrast is fantastic. If you have not tried an OLED monitor before, I recommend it. I previously read some reviews about OLED monitors having low brightness, but this monitor has more than enough brightness.

As an entry level OLED monitor, the price is a bit steep yet still worth it. The quality and clarity of the images are noticably different from my secondary ips display, and won't dissapoint when it comes to competitive games. The only gripe I have with the monitor witholding it from 5 stars is the pixel cleaning function (allows the screen to reset and make sure its in an optimal state the next time you use it), it is not cancelable during the process or when it prompts to automatically start and will turn off your monitor with no option to keep using it, and the cleaning can take upwards of ten minutes in my experience. I use the monitor for many hours during the day, and when the monitor decides to pixel clean I'm unable to continue my work and it can be frustrating at times. Otherwise this is a solid monitor and I'd say recomend purchasing either as open box or on sale.

The Oled experience is amazing! Black scenes are definitely a different experience. The high refresh rate is a real plus as well. I always get lg monitors and this is a nice upgrade from the 1440p 144hz monitor I was using. The remote is a really nice feature and handy to use everyday.

This is a gorgeous monitor. Its colors are soooo much better than my previous monitors and even my ~$800 tv’s. I am truly impressed. I had watched so many reviews and learned so much about monitors & oled because a $800-$1000 purchase should be researched haha. I have to say that i was on the fence because they mentioned how “heavy” the matte finish was….. it is not heavy at all. I have a glossy monitor and it looks no different. Also, i play with my window open, lamp at 100% with “daylight white”, red LEDs around the room, and I do not have a problem with brightness at all! And again…. The colors…. BEAUTIFUL! Definitely an upgrade from the GR model and honestly deserves it’s own name.

Keep it simple i feel like this was targeted for pc gamers mainly, it has simple menu and easy to avoid burn in with the amount of care features it comes with, if you get burn in it on you for not setting it up right and reading what the setting do. It's a 1440 and best picture I've seen on any 1440 so far. People say it very dark but honestly once again if you don't know how to set settings and calibrate how is that the monitors fault anyways Truth it can be very bright. Screen finish is not a problem because i don't get glare thats why they use that finish on the screen. Only issue i had is Best buy how can you put it on sale Saturday 101 off then Sunday at 6 am say it's 21 dollars cheaper now, almost returned to re buy at cheaper price. Honestly is it worth buying at full price and my answer is yes this is a good monitor but it also one of the safest monitors because of all the care features that work to your advantage it honestly could have a very long life span

Overall, this gaming monitor has been great. The display quality is sharp, colors look good, and performance is smooth during gameplay. Setup was easy and it works exactly as expected. I’m very satisfied with the purchase and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable gaming monitor.

I am a big fan of LG’s Ultra Gear monitor line and this is no exception. Fantastic option especially for an OLED @ 240 Hz and with the current sales price of $800.
I personally prefer 4K monitors, even if that meant slightly less frames, even when playing an FPS game. If you have a larger budget and able to have a 4K @ 240 Hz, I would.

Deep blacks and bright whites, the contrast and color accuracy is insane. Games ive played for years look noticeably better on this thing straight out of the box. 240hz is just the cherry on top.

Not a bad looking monitor. The stand is ok, not a big fan of the wide stanced onces as it takes up desk space. It came with a remote which made controlling it and turning it off and on easy. The picutree howeever was ok. It was a step up from an LED or IPS, but compared to the ASUS - ROG Strix 27" OLED QHD 240Hz G-SYNC/FreeSync Gaming Monitor with HDR (HDMI, DisplayPort) - Black, the colors could not match up. I ended up returning this for that reason. For the price to picture quaslity it could be better, but it would be an upgrade if going from an LED or IPS

I had this for over a year, did not pull the trigger on the first model, I had the Samsung - 34" Odyssey OLED G8 Curved WQHD also a 1440p but not 240hz both great monitors. incredible value and quality with performance.

LG OLED panels always look amazing. The matte finish really isn’t as bad as people say, and I don’t have to worry about harsh reflections or magenta blacks. Text clarity is perfectly fine. My only issue is that the smart monitor features are a hassle, I want a monitor to simply turn on, not have a remote and have all the features I already have/use on my TV.
