($549) I recommend checking out RTINGS full review which just dropped a few days ago. I use it for gaming and entertainment. Performance has been amazing with 12 bit colors. I would not have bought it if it were MSRP. On sale though it is really worth the cost.

Highly recommend getting the new generation tandem OLED. Very bright, text looks very sharp. HDR looks amazing as well. Much more durable than previous generations. A huge step in the right direction.

The OLED panel is phenomenal paired with the HDR 500. This is easily the best monitor I’ve ever owned. LG advertises no burn in, only time will tell.

Issue is my panel has noticeable vertical banding on gray backgrounds. Extremely distracting with some games and seems to be a problem with WOLED in general.

Tandem OLED goodness

Great monitor brought down by its matte coating

The matte coating works really well while in a might room, and the monitor itself can get super bright while in HDR while still maintaining its color. But i do have some issues with it, the coating while it works well isn’t subtle at all, it looks very oily when doing basically any activity and it can take away from what you’re viewing pretty easily, i never had this problem on my old matte IPS so it seems to be a issue with this monitor in general. Overall i think the monitor is alright but the coating is too much for me
