Monitor tries but misses the mark-niche monitor
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The monitor is fast, vibrant, bright and immersive. But that immersion comes at the cost of such an aggressive curve that for productivity to me it’s not ideal. Yes you can get used to it but things that should be flat are curved it’s really annoying to me. I honestly wish they went with a 1800r curve not sure what’s up with the 800r or 1000r agressive curve trend so weird to me. Anyway it’s the only 39in oled 240hz monitor so I get its appeal. If you can get it for under 1000 and don’t mind the overly aggressive curve and you know you really won’t mind the curve I’d say get it. The matte screen didn’t bother me so much as the text clarity. The resolution also isn’t ideal for text due to the lower pixel density. Not sure why the resolution isn’t 5120 by 2160 and maybe a lower refresh i don’t know what the people who make these decisions for monitors think about honestly. But it’s available and it’s an option for some. +immersive size for ultra wide for sure +deep blacks + nice and bright -curve is too curved -low resolution for size text looks bad All in all if you like curved displays and want an ultra wide at this size and refresh rate FOR GAMING ONLY-then pick this one up especially when it’s on sale. Otherwise if youre using it on your one computer for mix of games and work stuff-hard pass

Spectacular!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The colors are great, the blacks and inky, and the 800R curve is awesome! It is truly an immersive experience playing on this monitor. I do wish they paired it with a remote and a USB-C. Other than that, this monitor is brilliant. So far, I have not experienced any connection, flickering, or burn-in issues. The monitor has certain modes for image cleaning and burn-in protection, so I recommend users to enable those from the get-go.

Great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This monitor looks amazing, the colors and contrast make everything else I’ve used look flat. The size and curve feel great for gaming and multitasking, though it definitely takes up space.

Great! But...
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While overall this monitor is amazing, i feel as though, with it being 39 inches, that they should have at least raised the resolution up to at least 1600p or 4k. Its just strictly 3440x1440 with just a few inches of more screen area....still a awesome monitor though, its oled, 240Hz, cant complain!

It’s a beauty
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was hard making a decision on a monitor after buying a 5080 graphics card. So many options on the market but when I walked into best buy and saw this on sale I knew it was meant to be. The screen is perfect size cause I’m a go big type of person but I got tired of gaming on a 77in lg g1. I’ve never seen games so smooth with its 240 refresh rate. My only things is I’m fighting to not spend the extra 200 to go for the 45in cause I see that’s on sale now

||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I think everyone knows oled is the way to go. But just incase you dont know.... Let me tell you just quite thinking about it and buy it!! The way it makes the colors pop is amazing anything from white to black its gonna look different than your traditional monitors. Its well wprth the price if your a die hard gamer like myself and want that extra spunk to add to the quality of the experience!

Love this monitor
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only had this a week but in love with this monitor. Perfect size oled colors look amazing 240hz is nuts. I was worried the 800r was going to be too much curve but I got used to it after a few days. This is the best size imo just enough ultra wide to still have good vertical real estate.

Extremely happy, especially with the sale price.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Recently picked this during the 2024 holiday season, and it has been such a treat to use. This is the first time I’m really seeing HDR properly with my PC and its downright blinding at times if you’ve got a dark enough room. Playing Doom Eternal at 240fps at ultra nightmare settings with this screen is a feast for the eyes, Star Wars Squadrons also looks absolutely incredible, and the wrap around style of the curve gives you a pseudo VR experience since you actually are able to look around your view, which has made Halo a blast as well.

Amazing Monitor if you get it at the right time
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this Monitor for 3 months now Paired with a 3080 it has been amazing to play games with, it was never meant to be used for work purposes but I have used Solidworks on it from time to time and having the extra wide monitor makes a huge difference compared to my work 27in monitors. The last monitor I used at home was a G7 Samsung Curved monitor which was nice for the time I had it but this one beats the socks off it when it comes to the Blacks and Brightness, when watching movies or just playing games when its a black screen moment it nearly looks like the monitor is turned off. would highly recommend the upgrade but only when its on sale its hard to swallow the current price I managed to get this while $899 which I definitely won on in my opinion

Love the monitor. Pull the trigger and buy it lol.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this with a gaurantee i can return within 14 days without being hit with a restocking fee. After about a day or two (post adjusting resolution, etc) i can say i won't be returning it. Really love the color and the size is perfect for sitting in front of. Plenty of real estate on the screen to move things around and the field of view is perfect for multitasking. I use this for multiple windows, browsers, applications, Virtual machines, gaming, photography editing, and anything else that comes to mind. Color is really nice and i have no complaints so far. I ugpraded from a 34 inch wide screen and i found the color lacking so started looking into this as an alternative. I can say i would definitely recommend if you are looking for a solid upgrade bound to last for years. I didn't go for the additional coverage through BestBuy but i would recommend it if you have animals in the house because it is big and heavy. Pretty sturdy but you never know with pets or kids.

Ultrawide Upgrade!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This monitor is HUGE and has been the best for my gaming setup. I love that you can control the screen straight from the computer instead of looking for a remote.

Hesitant but perfect
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this after seeing it on display. Had it in the back of my head for the longest time but for the 34in. First day with it had me regretting it. Started back playing Siege so it felt off enough to where I wanted to exchange it. But after a few days I'm dialed in and loving it. Might read reviews talking about random things like colors and the screen not being glossy but those are tech reviewers that never get to appreciate a piece of tech. For FPS is takes time to get used to it and for single player games it's a gem. My desk is maybe 20in in depth and my face sits about a foot away and first reaction was "great, neck strain" but I was wrong. YouTube is solid, Netflix is solid. And any negative reviews about text fringe and negative impacts on productivity maybe should of thought about their purchase before buying a monitor marketed towards gamers. Sure, better ones exist for gaming that are cheaper but it's fine. Get it on sale

Average performance, but would recommend.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Solid product for the money. Not enough adjustment choices. Only has a few game modes. This device has additional audio ports and many ways to connect. I recommend buying if it is on sale. Otherwise, there are better options. There is fragmenting and blurring in the outer borders even with games that are compatible and have native resolution matching the monitor. The monitor is almost too bright on all settings and it makes it a task when having to adjust settings for particular games each time you transition. I am not upset with my purchase, but only because I play only a few titles and it overall suffices for my needs when I need to multitask on projects.

Excellent display with great user friendly control
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had this unit for some time now, and i have to say that i have not experienced any issues and this screen looks absolutely beautiful. It is an oled so just be sure to keep up on the image cleaning that monitor has within its settings to prevent burn in. The monitor typically will do this on its own when you shut down your pc.

Gorgeous monitor
|Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I spent a while watching this monitor debating if it's worth the money, but after getting it home, the setup was easy and straightforward, and the size is fantastic. The oled panel makes your games feel almost like a remake with color diffrence from a ips to oled.

Cool, immersive monitor!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded to this from a 27” Dell flat monitor. To be honest, going from that to this was a little overwhelming. The curve also takes a little getting used to, but once I did, I was extremely happy with my choice. The colors are vibrant, and the size and the curvature make for a much more immersive experience. As far as size goes, I feel like this hits the sweet spot. Any bigger would be too much, but a smaller screen doesn’t have the same impact. Overall, quite happy with this purchase. Definitely would recommend, especially if you can get it on sale!

Crystal clear OLED & Good quality
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.LG is still a quality brand and this monitor is no slouch. I game pretty heavily and this monitor helps make those colors pop vibrantly. It is an Oled monitor so it can run the risk of burn in, that said by default the monitor was set to perform "image clean" every time I either turned off the monitor or when the monitor went into power save mode. Monitor does works with most universal Vesa mounting brackets that can support 23+ pound monitors, Only real issue with the monitor is the only way to navigate is via knob back center, I am not too much of a fan of the one knob navigation when trying to find that sweet spot for color\contrast\etc.. - That said it was not a deal breaker for me just more of a annoyance. All in All, I enjoy this monitor & would recommend it to friends.

Great gaming monitor upgrade.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fantastic monitor with great colors. Love the extreme curve to it. A bit of flicker happens, but it's mainly on loading screens and certain game menus. I think hdr looks washed out, but sdr looks incredible. I had an aoc ips 1440p monitor prior to this and there's a huge difference in visuals.
