I was initially disappointed with the buying process because Best Buy missed the promised delivery date and I was unable to get any meaningful status from anyone I chatted or talked. I've had the computer for about a month and it was easy to set up, boots up quickley, and has a great display. It's relatively light and doesn't seem to get hot when sitting on my lap. All in all I'd recommend this product.

I have an 8th gen laptop with NVIDIA 1030 2,048 MB GDDR5 that is faster than this. I use Coreldraw and this thing hangs up all the time. Takes 20-30 seconds to save a file or access a file. Good for surfing, that's about it. I expected more out of this computer. To late to return and BB couldn't find anything wrong other that it uses a lot of memory. Looking at memory use the percentage is no more than my 8th gen that has half as much memory but twice the speed.

Needed help from geek squad to remove temp files and cookies. The only drawback is the keyboard isn’t backlit.

It won't charger with included adapter or with the Thunderbolt UBS-C charger. LG customer service is a joke. Will be returning for a refund!
