Couldn't get the numeric keypad to work and the fans were quite loud. Returned it and purchased a 2-in-1 HP laptop from Best Buy, which is fantastic.

I’d have to back out and pull up the page again. This happened each time. Works against efficiency and productivity. And my concentration was interrupted. Fixing this would improve the laptop

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would give the screen a 5 but it seems to be slow in accessing its drives, even though they are ssd. Email programs go out to lunch for several seconds and Word is slow also. Accessing the microchip is terrible and slow as molasses at the north pole. The usb also is a slow access...to external drives. Once connected, transfer speeds are high but if you wait a minute or two, there is another extended wait. I have done all the system settings that relate to the problem. It has the best picture I've seen on any laptop but the Lenovo laptops beat it in every other department. This review ONLY pertains to the one I bought. Others may be five star all the way. Lemons do exist. Battery lasts almost 2 hours if you are just reading and not doing any extensive graphics.
