Easy set up with tv and sound bar. Plays 4K and dvds well. Great unit for the price.

The is a good product for those discs everyone has that they view on occasion. Although we mostly stream nowadays its nice to have a player for those classics that the family likes to watch when they visit. This works well. Its easy to operate and the quality is good. We have had no issues or problems and the price point was good.

This was my first LG player every got it on sale for $80 very reasonable price for a 4k player play the movies with no problem and is very quiet load movies with quick speed, also upscales some of my DVD movies I still own makes them look very good considering you have a 4k tv also all in all i highly recommend this 4k player you won't be disappointed.

Haven't had any issues with this blu-ray payer, easy to work, plays all of our older regular DVD's and blu-ray DVD's. Set up was easy and works great. Best thing about the Blu-ray player is that it was half price when we bought it.

This was an afterthought purchase during the purchase of an LG UHD TV. Pros: The playback is excellent and integrates with the LG TV remote. Cons: wired internet connection only. NO WiFi. No extra content other than BD Live....which requires an internet connection. I considered taking it back for a unit with WiFi, but with the open box and black Friday discounts I received on this unit, it wasn't worth the cost upgrade just for BD Live. On the more expensive unit, there were no additional features other than WiFi. Since we have not used BD Live much on our Samsung Blu-ray player and the great deal we received on this LG UHD player, we decided to keep it.

Hard to tell the difference between this and the one $80 more, but I think it has something to do with the wifi. No matter- this lives right next to my router and I was planning on doing a wired connection anyway. If you have a smart tv and just want a no-frills 4k player, this is your jam.

Was not shopping for this particular unit, but sales associate brought it to my attention because it was selling at a huge discount. Great price and played very good once I got it figured out. No instructions or owners manual came with it (which I found a bit odd, maybe just a packaging error?) or I would have rated it 5 stars.

After buying a new 4K Ultra HD tv, we wanted to upgrade our blueray DVD player. This was on sale, and after reading the reviews, we couldn't resist the price. We were astonished at the improved picture, even with DVD's that aren't Ultra. This is a good DVD player at an amazing price!

4K blu ray player that cost less than many standard blu ray players(when you find it on sale). Has all of the features that most people would use, main use is for playing 4K UHD discs. I usually leave streaming to my smart tv. The remote is on the small side but easy to use.

The only knock people have on this is the lack of streaming capabilities. With all the devices that stream it is unnecessary. This player loads fast and plays all the 4k blu rays with stunning picture quality.

This player is fantastic. If you need all the bells and whistles with 4k, this is not what your looking for. BUT.. If your looking for a simple 4k player go with this unit. Picture is awesome at a third of the price of a smart DVD player. I would not hesitate to buy again

purchased for a monitor at work. the 3D works great and the 4k is very good quality for the price. works great with my LG 49" cinema Smart TV. we watch mostly action movies like Avengers but works great with any type of movie with high quality picture and sound.

Great entry level 4K player. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles but it does give great picture on my LG 4K TV. I didn't need the WIFI and all the streaming apps so i have no complaints. It starts up quick, descent menu and provides the 4K picture I wanted.

I bought this blu-ray player when I bought my 4k tv and got a killer deal. It has a slim, sleek design so it's not an eyesore in my living room. Works perfect, easy to move around the menus. If you do not have an Xbox One X to play 4K movies, get this!

I was looking for a low cost 4K player to accompany my PS3 and AppleTV for my home system. In addition, my LG television is a smart TV as well, so all I needed was a simple player only solution. It works hand in glove with the LG tv and I am perfectly satisfied.

Picked this up along with my TCL TV so that I can view true 4k quality through UHD discs, and I haven't been disappointed. This is not a fancy player...just the basic and it does what you need if you already have a smart TV that streams everything else but true 4k.

We love our 4K DVD player. It's wonderful to be able to play regular DVDs all the way up to 4k. The picture is crisp and clear and the player works perfectly. We could have bought a higher priced 4k player but it would be pointless as this one is perfect!

I really like this 4K blu ray player for a great price that I picked up to see what a movie in 4K really looks like. I also like the ability to watch DVD's and Blu Rays that upscale the picture as well.

We purchased this because 1) It's and LG-4k experts and 2) The price point was perfect. We wanted the basics as we don't need all the "smart" features being that we have an Apple TV and Fire TV already. This has been a solid machine. Love it.

Got this on sale for little to nothing. Simple one cord hookup. Great picture and easy setup. The menu screen is easy to read and figure out. the remote is pretty basic setup and is also easy to use. Overall, a great product at a even better price.
