Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.literally had it for 3 weeks & it stopped working properly. if the volume was turned all the way up the sound became distorted. the speaker would produce an high pitched sound then disconnect from my phone. tried to connect it to two other devices & it did the same thing. i bought the speaker because i was told it was good for bumping music & it is not lol. if i wanted to listen to my music at a low volume i’d just use my phone. i contacted LG & the only trouble shooting they had was to restart it. im returning it tomorrow.

Charging issues

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was only able to get it to fully charge one time and from there on it wouldn't charge for more than 5 minutes. It didn't matter where, how or what I used to charge it, it simply wouldn't charge. I was able to take it back and exchange it for a JBL (and pay the difference of course). Best Buy was really cool about it all and I had zero issues with exchanging it.
