It works great on joint pain and my skin condition. My dermatologist agrees light therapy can be effective. Only negative I found is having to hold the unit for 3 minutes when you have arthitis .

I think it is helping with my pains. Pain still there but over time I think it is calming down.
PSI don’t press against skin just hold gently on skin or leave a little space else can burn yourself.
