This unit comes in a relatively large box and it is heavy. After I dragged it into the house, I saw the sign on the box that said “ Heavy Object - Team lift required.” Well no team here but I got it into the ding room & took it out of the box. I didn’t totally understand the concept but it was easy to hook up and I started using it. When you turn it on, it vibrates your entire body. At first you feel somewhat unstable on the device but it is very sturdy and there is lots of space for your feet. I started at level one for 5-10 minutes but in a few days, I was comfortable to increase to level 3. I am not great at exercising but this device is great & your whole body feels better once you stop. When you first step off, your equilibrium feels a little off but you still feel great. My husband has also used & feels like it is improving the tightness in his ankle. I eventually got the side straps attached but don’t feel the need to use them. There is a fairly steep learning curve to figure all of the positions that you can use so for now, I am only standing on the device. I think this is a brilliant design and hopefully 10 minutes does replace 60 minutes of exercise. Doing this in the house is great since sometimes the outside temperature is not conducive to exercising. I highly recommend this device!

I have been hearing about these vibration plates/platforms from friends and family for some time now and have heard nothing but good things. Personally I am about three years into a health and fitness journey and I am always on the lookout for the next tool or device that can help me continue to improve my overall health and reach my goals. I figured this Waver vibration platform by Lifepro would be my next best experiment and boy am I glad I gave it a shot. Unboxing and setting up was extremely easy. I was a little concerned about taking up space as that was what was keeping me from purchasing one of these originally. All of my exercise equipment is meticulously compact and takes up as little space as possible as I don't have space for a complete home gym yet. But I was thrilled to confirm that this platform fits under my bed when not in use. This platform is also quieter than I was expecting so using this on the flooring on our upper level has not been an issue for our household. There was a bit of a learning curve when it came to how to stand to get the full benefits of the vibration but I got the hang of it after a few attempts. I am definitely feeling a difference in the back of my legs, my gluten, and my lower back muscles. Overall they feel more toned and have better flexibility which was one of my goals so I am very happy with this Lifepro Waver system. Overall I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve their health and body.

I've seen these vibration plates before but didn't think much of them, then I saw some advertising that claimed improved balance. I thought, I'm definitely going to try one out. I have a herniated disk in my lower back so I suffer from some balance issues and sciatic pain time to time. Also I have read some reviews claiming it helps with plantar fasciitis which I sure hope it does. I'll need more time with it to see if it's really helping these problems out. I do feel better after using it and my feet don't hurt as severely, so I'm pretty hopeful! Using the Waver mini the 1st time was definitely strange. I placed it next to a wall in case I needed support. (Wasn't as worrisome as I thought) It has 99 levels of vibrations. I've only made it up to 50. That's jiggly enough for me so far. When I'm done with my session is the strange part. I need a moment to adjust before I step off. Hard to explain until you use one. (kinda dizzy but not) It has stretchy hand straps and resistance bands that come with it. It will be nice to have something to do with my hands and arms but for now I'm good with standing and doing some squats. Depending on how you stand/squat is where you feel the vibrations more. If you stand straight on it, you feel everything everywhere. If you squat, it's focused more so in your legs. The only downside I can find so far is the remote. It controls everything you need it to but it doesn't always respond. Pointed right in the middle of the machine where the receiver is, it's just glitch. At first I thought the Waver mini only had 10 speeds but it was the remotes buttons not responding quickly enough. I just have to be very deliberate with it, then it's OK. I guess the beeps could also be toned down a bit. Quite loud. So far I'm really excited for this machine. A benifit I know I'm getting so far is relaxation. After a session on this it feels as if I've gotten a massage. Everything feels loosened up and relaxed. Very nice!

This review is on a Lifepro - Waver Mini Vibration Plate Exercise Machine. I am really excited about this machine. I have only had it for a few days but I can tell that it is worth the investment. It is very portable and can be stored or moved easily anywhere. It is only 22 pounds and can support up to 260 pounds. It comes with 2 resistance bands, 4 mini loop bands, a remote and plenty of exercise instructions. It has a strong motor that you can really feel all the way up to your head so this isn't a cheap model. I have back pain and let me tell you, I can't describe how good this feels to my spine. I haven't had it long enough to see if my pain will go away but it feels great. Other great benefits of this board includes speeding up recovery from injuries, improves blood circulation, boosts mobility and flexibility, builds strength and tone, eases muscle tension, boosts metabolism and lymphatic drainage. It has 10 auto program modes so you can just choose one and not have to touch anything else. The speed adjusts all the way up to 99 so there is a great difference in the speed of the vibration. You can get in any position and it is like doing double the workout. I look forward to many more days using this board.

The LifePro Waver Mini Vibration Plate Exercise Machine is a compact and versatile machine for wellness, muscle recovery, and full body workouts. I am a Senior citizen. Prior to getting the Waver Mini, I was not sure if I could use the machine or if I would see results that I felt were meaningful. I have pain in both knees (some arthritis), both hips, and my lower back, along with circulation issues in my legs, and I was looking for improvements in those areas. The Waver Mini supports a wide range of exercises including standing, sitting, and prone for pushups, etc. I primarily used the standing position since that was what I was most comfortable trying and seemed to address my issues. The Waver Mini was simple to setup. Just plug the unit in, place batteries in the remote, and you are good to go. I found it easy to use and after about a week usage I seemed to be feeling less pain and improved circulation. Longer use will be necessary to see if this continues. In summary, I recommend the Waver Mini for older adults (and for younger) who are experiencing pain or circulation issues. I also think that it would be useful for recovery from injury and muscle strengthening.

As an older GenX guy, I've been looking for ways to help ensure that my declining years are not as painful or as awkward as those of my parents and grandparents. When I saw the Lifepro Waver Mini, I thought that it might be a good way to maintain muscle strength and balance beyond the exercise that I already do. I did a little research, and while not mind-blowing, the data IS pretty good in showing that there are at least some benefits not only for muscle maintenance and balance, but also bone density, and possibly neuropathy. So I gave the Waver Mini a shot. My biggest problem with the Waver Mini isn't the machine itself, which has proven to be a well-built machine that runs a lot quieter than I expected. My problem is with the documentation and exercise support for the machine. The User Manual is fine for the absolute basics for the machine, but does not give any concrete usage guidance beyond a few static pictures. It doesn't explain the benefits of the various speeds/programs and how to best incorporate those levels depending on your needs and abilities. It has 10 program levels and 99 speeds in manual mode. Why? I can't tell the difference between speed 33 and 34 and supposedly that is the demarkation between low and medium. The Waver Mini includes some nice latex exercise bands but doesn't even give you the most remote indication on how to use them in conjunction with the machine, and are not displayed in use on in any of the illustrations. If you were to take this thing out of the box and try to use it on your own, you are largely going to be making it up as you go along, which might or might not work depending on your experience level. At worst, it's going to get you hurt. So I went online to see what I could find. I went to the website for Lifepro to register and see their supposed library of workout videos, but I can't get to them without leaving a review. How am I supposed to leave a review when I haven't even used it yet? Makes me wonder if so many of those '5-Star reviews' are just people putting that in so they can get to the videos they need. So then I went to YouTube to see what I could find and while there is a lot of stuff on there, many videos are old, and don't even tell you what they say they are going to! One had the woman saying that she would explain how to use the exercise bands in conjunction with the waver machine (not the mini since this was like four years old), and by the end of the video, she hadn't said one word let alone showed a single thing about using the bands. Some of the other exercise videos that seem to be from the official site on YouTube, a mind-numbingly boring and could be five minutes long, but instead I get 20 minutes of a woman sitting in a chair with her feet on the device. I start looking for more guidance, and I see that I can get a poster from Amazon for $20! I can also get the poster sent to me as a PDF if I give Lifepro my email address and then I still have to print it out myself. That poster should be in the box! But anyway, I'm giving the device a shot on my own with what I have been able to piece together from reading journal articles and what little valuable information and exercise ideas I was able to glean from the videos I could tolerate watching. The good news is, I think there is some genuine value to the device as an adjunct to regular exercise for most people. I think that it could also be a great way for someone who is sedentary to help build up the strength and coordination to perhaps go beyond and do additional exercising which would be revolutionary for their health. I have mostly been doing core/balance work on the device at the low/medium threshold for about a week. No, I have not seen any major gains, but it has only been a week. Most of the research was MONTHS in length. I can't tell you what real benefits I'm going to see. I can tell you that it has helped me recover after some long hikes and stiff mornings. I can also tell you that the included resistance bands with the handles are useless for any normal sized man, because they are too long for any use beyond standing tricep presses or maybe tricep lateral holds. You are going to want to use free weights if you REALLY want to build strength and balance with the Waver. I REALLY want to like the Waver and I think that I will and it will become an integral part of my routine but I can't help but be ticked off by the lack of support out of the box for the device. A beginner is going to be absolutely lost, and a pro is going to be bored or stuck looking for more data to hone in on what they need. I plan on coming back to this review in like six months and hopefully add an update comment with my full impressions. For right now, I can say that the Waver Mini is a solid machine, with definite potential, but I don't have enough time with it to say anything definitive about its benefits and if anyone says they do and they haven't been using it for at least a month or two, disregard what they say, because they don't know either.

I have been using the mini vibration plate for a few days now and I think they can be useful depending on how you use them. The main benefit is that the vibrations cause your muscles to contract more than they would normally, which can make exercises like squats or lunges more effective. It works great when you combine it with regular workouts. It definitely feels like it adds a bit more intensity. It's also good for things like balance and proprioception which is great if you’ve got any issues like hypermobility or want to work on stability. Some studies even suggest they can improve bone density which might be useful for older folks or anyone concerned about that. Additional benefits are possible for lymphatic drainage and circulation though I mainly use it for muscle activation and arthritic therapy. It’s not going to replace traditional exercise but it’s a nice addition to have in your routine. I'm happy with it and I can see the added value it provides especially as you get older.
