Not the LifeProof I'm used to
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had a LifeProof Fre case on my iphone for more than 4 years and I have always had a great product that protected my investment with no worries or issues.... until I bought this case for my brand new iPhone 11 Pro. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews because I had had such great experience, I didn't feel I needed to. When I put this case on the phone, the screen bubbles like you put a separate screen protector on your phone and really messed it up, except this is the screen protector built into the case. It looks fine until you put the case together with the phone inside. The air bubbles seem to somewhat dissipate, but they never go away. As soon as you start touching the screen, you are back to a bubbly screen that you can't look away from. Do yourself a favor, if you don't like bulky like me, buy an Otterbox Symmetry and have Best Buy install an Invisible Shield Glass Plus screen protector. You will be glad you took my advice. I bought the new case and separate screen protector at the advice of the Best Buy employee who helped me fix my terrible decision to buy this LifeProof case.

Thankfully, we have some troubleshooting tips that might help with this issue: when you install your case, make sure you're thoroughly cleaning off the screen of the phone and inside of the case prior to installation, preferably with a microfiber cloth. Additionally, we see these issues arise when installing the case in a more humid environment, so make sure that the case is being installed in the driest place you can find.

Air bubbles on screen

The port cover and buttons work well however the air bubbles on the screen is what really stinks about this case. Will be returning it simply for that reason. Can’t justify spending this price for a case that makes the beautiful screen of my new phone look like this. Very unhappy since I’ve had a lifeproof FRE case on every iPhone I’ve had and never had an issue before.
