My phones have always taken a beating, and these cases save me daily. This is a replacement for a Fre that lasted 25 months and screen protector finally developed a hairline crack when my Milwaukee drill got knocked over onto it. IPhone was still in perfect condition.

Since we have made the switch to Lifeproof we have not cracked or damaged any of our phones! They also have a warranty program with free replacements available. The only problem I have with purchasing this case at Best Buy is that it is only available in black.

Worst Lifeproof Case Ever Made

I too have had a bubbly screen from the beginning, but far more frustrating is the seals. The rings that go around the edges of the case are poorly made and fall right off. This is especially frustrating for the tiny one on the charge port. It fell off nearly every time I opened it, and eventually it fell of once and I didn’t notice, so there goes my waterproof case. Lastly, the plastic covering over the camera lense so easily scratched, that within a few weeks, my pictures were all “blurry”. Absolute trash of a case.

Not worth the price..

I had this case for a couple of months and dropped it repeatedly. It looks really rough and is showing gaps where the case doesn’t quite close up. Spend the extra bucks and buy an Otterbox.

I like this case quite a bit, however I think the price is excessive for this case and now there’s only a one year limited manufacturer warranty before lifeProof offered a unlimited warranty so for this reason I can only go three stars.

We're sorry to hear about your frustration with your FRĒ case! It's odd to hear that your case isn't closing properly. If that slight gap in only present when the phone is in the case, we suggest giving us a ring at 1-888-533-0735, and we can try to get you helped out.
As for the air bubbles that you're seeing, make sure you're thoroughly cleaning off the screen of the phone and inside of the case prior to installation, preferably with a microfiber cloth. Additionally, we see these issues arise when installing the case in a more humid environment, so make sure that the case is being installed in the driest place you can find.
